True, but then again there are many sites that have that blanket waver as well. So i guess they have to have the "safe rather than sorry" given that no one want to be sued, in general.
Just is lousy about so many good amv's being blocked and meanwhile all the lousy ones are being skipped...at least i am starting to notice that...sigh sweatdrop

Oh, I get the blanket waiver... I just don't like that they take control of your work. confused I'm a little possessive, I guess. I use archive.org and copyleft my stuff (that is also all copylefted. xp )
I've noticed that too... I think also having an AMV in a profile on Gaia makes it likely to get blocked. Maybe because of the publicity it gets? All I know is my friend put my AMV in her profile and it got taken off... and she then put one that my (sorority) sister did and that one got taken down too. She can't be blamed, she didn't know... and once she noticed the pattern she stopped putting DS videos in her profile. xp

yeah i am taking down most of mine too.... and i stopped posting amvs...which is sad because i like sharing the cool vids i found.... gonk
and i absolutely agree, i don't like anyone taking control of my work...its horrible just thinking about it. crying

xd sometimes i think we all are...just a bit...LOL..but its ok...makes for random topics....LOL
It was good but the ending...half way through i could see where it was going. Its a long series, and sorta dark, but tons of fun. Its worth a shot. smile
only reason i started watching was because they had a marathon last season and my friend made me watch it...LOL

I was invited to join a few days ago, so I did. I love Firefly and have been in several rps about it and it's all been fun. So I wanted to do a new one biggrin

I've been trying to get a hold of him for months, but he hasn't been on, and I don't know who to get a hold of him outside of Gaia. If I did I would tell him to get his a** back here, but oh well.
As for what happened to his character... An awesome tale filled with guns, explosions, and secret agencies sounds pretty good to me.
