Foam-Dome You know, I don't think "I don't care" is a very good mantra to have while attempting to run a store... If she wanted to be a decent manager and not just a huge bitchy tool who's hellbent on driving the store into the ground, then she'd take the stick out of her a** and learn to accept that these things happen and that a lack of leniency is a great way to drive away all of your employees. I mean seriously, firing two people for being five minutes late? Due to something that was out of their control?
I want to hear her actually try to defend her actions with something other than just "I don't care." I'm sure there's someone higher on the corporate ladder that you can talk to about her.
I've also tried talking to my area consultant, regional training instructors, and the regional director about her, and all they keep telling me is 'change comes slow'. My area consultant thinks that my crew and I are the ones with the problem, not her.

I was so worried about my mom buying me a laptop. She tried a few years ago and it ended up being a dinky little piece of crap. But this laptop...I think I wanna marry it and have it's children. crying

Thank you idk what I'd do without you it was so hard losing her. It still is. Sometimes it feels like she's just at the hospital again and I'm waiting for her to come home.

I kinda want to make a discussion thread for Magic: The Gathering on here, but no one else in the zCB regularly plays the game to my knowledge. emo
Heck, Val and Song are the only two people with whom I've had a conversation about the game that lasted longer than two posts, and they're hardly ever here. XD

XD
I occasionally play the game with friends.
I only have two decks though. And one of them is kind of crap.

you know what my mom had the nerve of saying to me? she asked me if I actulally cared for anything because I dont act like it. Who asks that?! I will say that I need to get out more though its sad I don't have any friends and since I have a handy cap I can't drive so I can't go anywhere! I just don't know how to talk to people I only end up embarrasing myself.

Like 90% of the time, I rather be your best friend rather than your girlfriend. I try to explain it away, saying I've just been crabby or sick lately and while that's true it really just means I don't have the energy to pretend I'm happy with this when in reality I'm just tired of serious relationships. After I got over Jon, I was really happy being single. I was okay with it and liked focusing on just me while having the ability to flirt and basically do whatever I wanted. Now I just feel trapped. How many times do I have to break your heart?
