"Are we speaking of Ziven or Twilight? If this is Twilight we are speaking of, which I can relate to much more, yes, I would die alongside Brom. We are so much a part of each other's life that it would not be possible for one to live without the other. On the other hand, if your desire is to compare my life to Ziven's .. if I lost a mate, I would move on. Especially in this circumstance." she said softly, looking to him with great pride and curiosity to know what was on his mind.

"And what circumstance would that be?" Vice asked, but he did not sound interested anymore. Standing up he went to the fridge to get himself some water.

Tilting her head, she found his lack of care interesting. "If I had newly fallen in love with a mate and they were to die, I would be incredibly sad for a long time but I would grow and move on from that loss. I know my love would want me to go on just as I would want him to go on if I were the one to have perished. However, I can see this bores you. If you would be so kind as to clarify what is on your mind, I would like to listen though if not, I shall go." she said simply, watching him with care.

He took what she said into consideration before chuckling slightly. "Perhaps me and the kids I raise are too old fasioned... but oh well." He was speaking to himself, but stopped when he realized it and took a drink from the water. Once the cup had been drained he walked over to the couch and laid down, taking on of the treats and popping it back into his mouth. "I am just thinking of the future and the past. The present is always so depressing." He laughed and shook his head at this, his eyes regaining a bit of the luster they had lost. Suddenly a question came into his head. "Have you ever wondered what it must be like for the food we eat? The animals we kill for our own survival..."

"They are weak. We are strong. It is a cycle of life. Thank you for your time, I must go to Ziven, she should not be alone right now. Good night." she said before gliding out the door again, embarking on the long walk there.

He laughed and sat up. "Good, I scared her away." Clapping his hands together, a strange stone appeared on the table. Seeing it, Vice reached into his pocket and pulled out a glowing red core. He set the two next to one another and smiled to himself. "I'll complete the body, then I'll fix the brain... then I'll add a soul. Your wishes shall be fufilled, boy; and then I will get something knew to study. It works out for everyone in the end." He laughed again as he simply stared at the two stones.

With a small pop, Ziven appeared with Ali in the bar. Though just a moment before, they both looked rather worse for wear, Ziven stood with her normal blue dress on, and Ali had fresh bandages and clean clothes as if nothing exciting had happened at all. She looked to Ali with a smile. "I realize that normally I ask .. however after taking on that group, this is the least I can do for you. Also, I understand if you wish to put off having that chili con carne." she said to him rather cheerfully though she was clearly trying to be somber.

* Ali walked a bit away and began to remove his hat, shirt, weapons and whatever else he had covering his torso. Placing on a nearly table before he slid a throwing knife up from his belt and began to cut the bandages and removing them afterwards, she'd used magic to make the bandages patch him up and he would rather sit down and do it himself by hand.* Just eat.

Seating herself near, but not very near, to him, she looked to him with confusion. "I have done something wrong?" she asked, watching what he was doing.

No, I just prefer to patch myself up without any use of magic what so ever.* Ali smirked a bit as he pulled up a few rolls of bandages and began to wrap them around him and over the worse wounds, the smaller ones weren't so dangerous.*

"My apologies. I shall note for future reference not to help." she said softly, waiting for him to be finished.

Hmm...* Once Ali was done with the last bandage, he began to dress himself again. Pointing at the closest support beam.* Punch that beam.

Tilting her head, she smiled and nodded a bit. "I do not understand the purpose of doing so .." she said, not a complaint, simply a comment. Moving closer to it, she took a solid stance and punched it as hard as she could. There was a moment of discomfort upon contact as it was quite hard, but she simply shook it off. Upon closer inspection of the beam, one would see there was a slight mark where she made contact. Ziven, however, did not look for this, instead looking to Ali with curiosity, wondering if she had done an acceptable punch for his request.
