Libraries can steal eachothers funding?
There needs to be an anime called Library Wars, where the world is ruled by different libraries who fight for ultimate supremacy.
But anyways, sorry that they took away your free cartoon fix. 'Tis not a good thing, that's for sure.

But their teen librarian sucks. My boss is the best teen librarian ever. >________> She reads Fushigi Yugi and cosplays.
