Vinicius Deveroux Today was the first day that I met the new manager at my store. I already hate her. The first thing she said to me was 'Hi. I was told you're the only person who knows how to open the store and close it. So you're going to be opening and closing everyday for the next five weeks.'
I tried to explain to her that Talisa knows how to open the store, she just doesn't know how to close it. So if she had Talisa open and then I would come in later and close that would be great. All she pretty much said after that was that she didn't care and that I better be here because the first time I'm late, I'm fired.
I was already working insane hours, and now I don't even get a day off. That's 94.5 hours a week. For five weeks it's 472.5 hours. And thats not counting the hour it takes to get to work and the hour it takes to get home each day or the time it takes me to get ready or anything. So if you're the only person who knows how to close up, does that mean she can really afford to fire you? I'm sure if you were to quit and add "Worked 94.5 hours per week" on your resumé, you'd be able to get any job you wanted. Also, she sounds like a goddamn b***h.

Foam-Dome So if you're the only person who knows how to close up, does that mean she can really afford to fire you? I'm sure if you were to quit and add "Worked 94.5 hours per week" on your resumé, you'd be able to get any job you wanted. Also, she sounds like a goddamn b***h. I was considering just quitting. The only problem with quitting is that my team told me that I'm the only reason that they're still there and if I leave they'll leave too and some of them really need the money. They're all already looking for different jobs just in case I do leave. So I'd feel absolutely horrible if I left before they all found a new job. And she is. All she's done everytime she's been there is sit in the office and talk on her phone. The few times she does come out of the office all she does is yell at us and talk to us like we're the stupidest people she's ever met.

Today has been terrible, and it's only going to get worse since I have work tonight.
The weird thing is that I marked it on my calendar last year when I had what I considered the worst day ever (this was before Alex dumped me), and today is apparently the one year anniversary of that day.
I think the universe hates me.

Oh man, I wouldn't even care about the consequences at that point; I'd talk back like there's no tomorrow if I was in your position. XD I'm sure if she knew that your employment there affected all of the other employees, she would change her tune. So, does the A/C know how much she sucks now, or what?

Oh my ******** god... Please if I could I'd bash my head through my thick glass table. I've come to the realization that these two girls my mother adopted grated on my nerves. They've been with us for 5 years and my mother raised them to be spoiled selfish brats. I cannot stand them! I can't even scold them when they do something wrong with out my mother jumping down my ******** throat. So. ********. Irritating.

Well... Tonight went better than expected o.O
Usually lobby dies by like 8 and then the last two hours are terrible. But that guy who gave my his number (thatIwastooshytoevercall) came in around 8 and flirted with me until I left at 10. That was a lot better than the weekend I got so bored that I cleaned all the wet floor signs XD

Silent Sympathy Oh my ******** god... Please if I could I'd bash my head through my thick glass table. I've come to the realization that these two girls my mother adopted grated on my nerves. I can't even scold them when they do something wrong with out my mother jumping down my ******** throat. So. ********. Irritating. My not-girlfriend's mother has two adopted teenage girls, and they're both pretty damn selfish. In particular, one of them is going down a rather unpleasant path (getting into verbal fights with everyone else in the house, drugging herself with aspirin, etc.), despite her guardian's endeavors. If your mom's not careful, the same may very well happen to the girls she adopted.

I'm decided to bide my time till they're 17/18... First one that pisses me off is getting a nose job by way of my fist.
And what's a Not-girlfriend? xD Sorry had to ask.

And a not-girlfriend is a girl I like who doesn't like me back. emo

Hopefully by then she's either moved out the house or I've moved out. IF they turn out terrible, there's nothing like a few good punches from "Big sister" to help them out if I see them.
Aww *Hug* Such a silly girl. She's missing out on how awesome Foamy is.
