Well most of that is similar to other systems... like the vampires in Vampire would be the same nearly. ((at some stages of development)) So I cant see a big issue... What you need is a few good GMs...

I say this based on roleplay ability and over all intelligence. All I ever see in the OOC is arguments, some which are started because of SoulShard, but he does argue his point very well...but it could tone down in the rudeness.

Well,I think Akki acts quite respectable on his part.
Me?Well...I do let my opinions run amuck a lot of the time.I do argue my points well sometimes.Every once and awhile when I actually have a point.A lot of the time though I can't help but be rude.However,I'll drop that right now at the request of a friend. 3nodding
There is a lot of people with good qualities around here.9 has picked the ones that she feels represent the qualities required for stuff.I think..Iguess?Well it sounds good.

This is what I've seen, in my stay in the Black Company. I have spoken with Xol, Out of Character, Nana, Out of Character, but unfortunatly I have yet to converse with 9, Out of Character, or Focht, Out of Character. I have talked with SoulShard, and he seems very keen on what he's talking about, as does Xol, but it's mostly about characters and roleplays, which I'm assumeing you're looking for capable people to handle those positions? The GM's if you will?
