:::Cora pokes her head through the opening of the guest room halls to see if anyone is present. The look on her face is attentive for just that moment, as seconds ago it was sullen and tired looking. Her eyes were dry, and it didn't quite look like she'd been crying. It was more like she didn't get any sleep:::
:::She saw Alex sitting there and took a deep breathe, prepairing herself for the unknown. She did want to see him, very much, but there were many things tugging at her heart. She took a few steps out, and paused:::

Hey, hey. Don't get so upset, Cora. Its not like you did something wrong you know. Listen.... How does this Tacitus dude know what my intentions are? Have we met and I didn't know? Because I'm pretty sure that I would remember. It sounds to me like he's jealous. Like he hates me because I happen to have feelings for you. But I do find it hard to believe that a person I've never even met before would know suddenly that I can't be trusted. Something about that doesn't sound quite right.

Cora, Cora, Cora..... I've never met the dude, so I really can't say what his reasoning for saying that was. Perhaps something happened between you two that upset him. In any case, he's wrong. I don't want to uhh... "mate" with you and then just leave. I mean... That idea doesn't even make any sense. Remember when we kissed the first time?
