Oh yeah, did my gift arrive? You never mentioned it but hopefully it got there safe. I'm deep in snow again but fortunately today I didn't have to shovel it. My roommates did. We are celebrating out late Xmas on Friday. Guess we are going to actually do cooking and have a real Xmas like day. Seems like it will be fun. Anyway...talk to you later.

On a random side note... Ian McKellen just rocked my reality... I was looking for something about Lee Pace and apparently Ian totally outed Lee to a German magazine for being gay. -facepalm- Thanks Ian... I STILL THINK HE'S ADORABLE, DAMN IT! Granted Lee hasn't confirmed or denied that because apparently he just NEVER talks about his sexuality... which makes him being outed kinda horrible really since it's his business and not McKellen's or the world's... but still, when you go listing all the gay cast members of The Hobbit it just kinda screams truth. Bad Ian... Makes me feel bad though that Luke Evans (Bard) went BACK into the closet since that though. Poor Luke... Bad bad Ian! No biscuit! Still can't figure out who the other gay Dwarf is though cause I know one of them is Mark Hadlow (Dori) but no idea on the other... Oh wait no I found it... Adam Brown (Nori)... no shock there really... So according to Ian McKellen (who everyone already knows is gay), his fellow actors Mark Hadlow, Adam Brown, Luke Evans, Stephen Fry (Master of Laketown and that is no surprise cause duh, it's Stephen Fry!), and Lee Pace are all gay as well... though now apparently Luke Evans is bi instead. And of course you know I've no problem with that... obviously... -points to the RP boys- but now I'm kinda sad cause Lee's so awesome and cute and it just brings to mind the stereotype of 'Why are all the good ones gay?' -looks at pics of Orlando Bloom and GACKT- At least I know for a fact these two are either straight or bi... makes me feel a bit better hehehe. Actually pretty certain Orli's straight to be honest... G I'm not so sure about hahaha... though that's nothing new, ne?
Anywho... BAD IAN MCKELLEN! You crushed my dreams! You crushed them so hard! -falls over- hehehehe...
On a side note, I really hope people don't learn about this... there are already enough 'ew' slash stories about Legolas/Thranduil and Thorin/Thranduil... we don't need to add more... ugh... -head desk- I HATE THRANGOLAS AND THORINDUIL STORIES SO MUCH!!!)))














Blue eyes were closed, hands over his face as Akihiko sat at the desk and just... well... stewed. Least that was the best way to describe it. Nakai had made a grand mess of things and the phones had been ringing off the hook non-stop, each one demanding information... demanding...
Annoyed, Narcissus flung the pen on the desk across the room in a fit of semi-rage and annoyance. Luckily it just hit the wall... though it did so at the same time as his secretary entered.
The woman looked to the pen, then to the musician. "Bad day?"
"You don't know the half of it." Akihiko replied, running his fingers through his hair. "Please tell me those papers are not more requests for..."
"Interviews? Yes, Koyasu-san." the woman, Suwabe Mina, replied.
She was of a mixed heritage... half Japanese and half British, though it was hard to tell. Mina had been working for Ohayou for a few years as Hiroki's aid, but now that Asato had his own secretary... her focus was on being secretary to Akihiko now.
"Sir, if I might make a suggestion?"
One eyebrow rose as the musician stared at her. "Go ahead. It can't be worse than this."
"You've been working very hard lately on studio business but not on your own projects. Perhaps it would be best to ignore the media and let it blow over?"
Akihiko sighed, "Mina... while I would love to do that," because yes Narcissus had been on a first name basis with her for some time. "I have ignored this job for some time... and it's beginning to show. I can't just run off and work on my own projects, at least not until Hiroki's back at the office." he replied, pointing to the stack of papers in Mina's hands. "Lay them here with the others."
"And what will I tell the ones on hold?"
Narcissus rolled his eyes, "Tell them to wait. I have my best man on figuring out this fiasco straight from the horse's mouth... the press will have their scoop after lunch at the latest."
Nodding, the woman deposited the papers then left, closing the door behind her. For his part the young Koyasu leaned back in the leather chair, eyes closed as he thought about the chaos Nakai had unleashed.
He pulled his phone from his pocket and sent one quick text to Michi.

Then, tossing his phone onto the desk, Akihiko went about making some sort of order out of the requests that seemed to be continually piling up in front of him. And all because one guitarist couldn't keep his pants on apparently.
"Now I know how Hiroki felt when he dealt with me..." the musician quipped to himself.

















One eyebrow rose at those words and while Nakai fully intended to leave Shou to the bed all on his own...
"It would be rude of me to deny my guest what he wants." the blond teased before crawling into bed himself... though not before dressing down for the occasion.

Carefully, Kai pulled Shou close, "I think I can abide a little midnight cuddling." he joked again before placing a very gentle kiss to the top of the mercurial man's head. "Just this once. I would hate anyone to get the wrong idea."
Amber eyes closed and... well... he fell asleep. Nakai had better willpower than most, plus it was still quite early in their relationship... whatever that relationship really was of course.

When morning came around, Nakai was on his stomach, head half buried under the pillow, and completely out of it.
He never heard Shou leave.








(((OOC: Az is going to be standing outside waiting on Shou to show up so I figure we put Az and Shou on hold unless you don't mind Az attempting to read some of Shou, then we can do that... which would be totally fun hehehe.)))

(OOC: So go ahead and have your fun now. LOL. Sai is definitely interested in Kai for more than friendship, Shou sees him just as a friend. So I'm not sure what Az will see. But...it will get more interesting than that for the bat soon enough.)

Lithe pale fingers ran over keys of ebony and ivory. Amber eyes were closed as the music flowed through the man's body... every inch of him in tune with the instrument which he sat before.
Naoko had been waiting for Shou to arrive. In fact he had been there early... and yet his fearless leader was still nowhere to be found. So instead of standing about smoking another cigarette or two or three or four... the younger Oumori brother played.
Each note was sharp and crisp and full of feelings that he had at one time felt strongly. A song he had written... what seemed like an lifetime ago. The song had no name, though it did posses words of the pianist's own making. He refrained from singing them however... instead letting his hands and fingers tell the story of his soul. This particular piece of music had come into being before Jun's return... before Naoko had fallen so hard and so fast for Ryuukaze... before he rejected his brother in Sai's apartment... just mere moments before...
Naoko's head tilted with the music, his whole body feeling every movement of the piece with a clarity that he could not claim for all songs of his making. No... this song was special... something about it moved his soul... quieted the darkness within... and let him remember, however briefly, what he had given up... what he had thought lost... and what should have been tossed aside.
And so the blond played... and so time passed... and so came Shou to Ohayou and the media frenzy that exploded around him, unbeknownst to his pianist.

After having gotten Michi's head looked at and a diagnosis from the doctor that it was no more than a little cut and some aspirin would easily take care of it in time, the duo had stopped for breakfast before heading into the studio.
They didn't talk much at first... Tanaka was busy looking at his phone and Takagi was doing the same, though he was more concerned about the media buzz surrounding Shou and Nakai than anything else at the moment.
He worried about Akihiko handling this on his own... mainly because Hiroki or himself had always handled his cousin's own messes when it came to a one night stand in the past. Did the young Koyasu even know HOW to handle this? Yuuji really debated calling Hiroki and asking... but then Michi suddenly spoke up and drew his attention.
What his star said didn't exactly bother him... unlike Akihiko, Yuuji wasn't a jealous greedy person. Well, at least not to the extent of his cousin at any rate.
Reaching out swiftly, Takagi grabbed the younger man by the wrist to stop his wild arm gestures of frustration. "No... we don't." Yuuji spoke quietly though with a strength that demanded he be listened to. "We have not gotten along since we were children. He changed. I changed. Before he was like my brother. Now he is like a spoiled brat that I just want to back hand half the time." sighing softly, Takagi released his grasp on Tanaka's wrist. "But you shouldn't be figuring this out all on your own, Michi-kun. I shouldn't have left the two of you alone yesterday. Yes I know you helped him get some sleep. I may be your manager now but I still spy on my cousin, even if Hiroki-san doesn't want me to. And don't look at me like it's because I get some weird kick out of it. I'm worried about him." he sat back in his chair, arms folded over his chest in a bit of a defensive posture. "You're not going to be the one to mess anything up for him anyway, Michi-kun. He can do a good job of that himself without anyone help... just look at what's he's done with Shou after all. Whatever possessed him to piss off the peacock..." shaking his head, Yuuji sighed slightly. "What you need to do... is just stop trying. If Akihiko wants to ******** up his relationship with Izzy Lucky, after all this time of most of us trying our damnedest to get them together in the first place, it's his own fault. The man needs to learn to keep his damn pants on and his hands out of those of other people." he sighed again, reaching one hand out for the cup of coffee nearby. Bringing it close, Yuuji paused and shook his head. "Maybe you're trying too hard, Michi-kun... maybe Akihiko's just doing it to mess with you... but... well to be honest I really don't think that's the reason. I kind of had the same feelings though... I mean not about my cousin but... I couldn't decide between you and someone else. In the end I felt that I was using the other person... so I chose you." Takagi laughed softly but then he shook his head. "I think Akihiko's using you, Michi-kun. Not in the same way I was using um... the other person but maybe in a substitute sense. Izzy wasn't at the house yesterday after all and I don't think they saw each other until last night. We're all busy... but those two are busier than most. I think Akihiko is having problems adjusting and it's throwing his better judgements out of wack. I don't know... but what I do know is that if you pursue him, Michi-kun... from a personal standpoint I won't interfere. From a professional one though, I will."
















Finally!
Katsumi smiled at seeing Shou step from his limo, the bat turned fluffy pink kitten was waving pleasantly at the peacock as the media swarmed him. Quickly, Mi-chan skipped down the stairs until he was right next to Shou in the middle of the throng. He grabbed his touring partner by the hand and started to pull him through the cameras and reporters in a feminine way that just screamed 'hurry and we can hide' in the most adorable of ways.
After all, Yamada could deal with the media.
Pulling Shou into the studio up the steps, Katsumi quickly slammed the door closed behind them, leaning on it. "Whatever did you do to work them all up?" he asked, feigning ignorance.
He knew... and it was that knowing that had him there to share in the limelight.
There was a piano playing somewhere further in the building, Naoko obviously, but for now the bat was just trying to capture all of the masked man's attention.
"And you were late to boot." Katsumi spoke, wagging a finger at him. "Whatever was it that you were doing that..." and as the vocalist spoke, his eyes sifted just slightly, the pupils elongating and focusing inward, staring at Shou. "...caused such a stir with the media?"
Reading him wasn't so bad this time... leastways not yet. Sure, Azriel hadn't exactly been able to pull anything yet... but that didn't mean he'd given up.

















Nakai woke up to the sound of his door... ringing and knocking and just a general clamor that he hadn't expected. Amber eyes opened and he groaned, pushing him up and glancing to his side.
Shou was gone... and it was a bit late... not that Nakai really cared about the time.
Yawning, the guitarist drug himself out of bed and to the door, one hand rubbing his hair as he opened it.
Who he saw wasn't who he expected... then again...
"Figured the b*****d would send someone eventually." Kai said with a half smirk and a yawn, said b*****d being Akihiko of course. "Come in, Izzy. Hope you don't mind me not being dressed for uh... breakfast?" it was more of a question than anything else.
Dressed in his just boxers, the guitarist looked a bit worse for wear. Granted he wasn't hung over, not really... maybe a bit of a headache... he was just NOT a morning person at all.
