How can you not love KotOR? I can understand not liking the second one since they cut so much out that the plot was pretty bleh. I liked the original ending better for KotOR II... but... not like the original? That's so sad. Unless you had the game keep crashing like my roomie did. That ended up being for the best since she hadn't played a RPG before. She didn't realize that you have to talk to everyone and loot through everything. I had to keep telling her who to talk to and where to look for stuff. confused

It was partially the crashing, which it did a few times, and then the fact that I just couldn't really get into it. It seemed to take forever to get anywhere, and it really does. I don't know. Maybe I will give it another try.

It gets a lot better once you get your lightsaber. 3nodding I think when I first played it I took a break for three months because it took forever to get anywhere on Taris. Now when I replay it... I kind of breeze through it because I know where everything is. If it's really getting annoying try looking at the walkthrough on GameBanshee.com. Sometimes it's easier if you know what to expect.
If you can help it don't find out the ending/mid game twist. Its really good, especially if you don't see it coming. Although, the ending is kind of common knowledge. I think I may have even given it away when I was working on the KotOR RP with Ash. sweatdrop Hmm... speaking of that RP... maybe I could revive it if there's interest in it? I know it got tossed into the graveyard. I feel bad... I was so busy with school and school drama confused

The original KOTOR only crashed a few times for me, but KOTOR II crashes all the freakin' time, it is unreal, so I came up with the crash ratio. For me KOTOR II crashes about 49 times out of 50. It is insane, but I don't stop, even if it takes me damn well near two hours to get it up and running. Of course once it actually starts I have fewer problems, but they are not all gone. But I love it, so I deal with it.
Anyway... Voting has started for the name of the ship becasue I hadn't heard any more name ideas in a few days, and I kind of wanted to get this decided and out of the way.
Oh, and I should probably get this out here, even though it is kind of common knowledge, if there should happen to be a tie the two names that are tied will come under a vote themselves, and the winner shall of course win. Though in the case that the name totally blows I will use my powers as owner and author to possibly veto any bad naming choices that you decide to make.

Yay. Voting. ^^ I had no ideas what so ever on what to call the ship. The best thing I could come up with was The Valiant and I was stealing that from Doctor Who.Personally, I like the Galileo.

Call me meatbag stare Or maybe that was a relation to the awesome droid that made an appearance in both games? ^_^ And yes, the second one sucked, mainly because it was just filler trying to set up a storyline between the first and the third. I was very surprised at the first game's plot.
And thanks for clearing that up, Fes ^_^ but one more question: How big are the cargo bays? I'm starting to see that the sitting area is on the first level, but how far does the infirmary stretch, the length of the cargo bay+dorms+sitting area? Just wondering... Oh, and would the access to the engine rooms be on the same sub-level as the infirmary? I just kind of picture the engine rooms being on the lowest level, because of the picture.

The second one was actually suppose to be different, a lot darker but they ended up cutting a lot of it. You can still find the original voice clips for the ending though. I can't remember exactly how, off the top of my head ,but Mical's character was suppose to be different, a little more developed like Brianna and the ending was suppose to be a lot darker.
Whichever romantic interest the Exile chose was suppose to die. For instance, if you were female and chose Atton, he died when he faced off with Sion or if you chose Mical, he died when Atton reverted to the dark side and killed him out of jealousy. Same thing with the male Exile, only with Brianna and Visas Marr.

I haven't finished the second one yet mainly because I have been working so much, and I have to fight my computer to even get it to work. I will though, just not soonish.
Anyway, I am working on something kind of exciting, kind of not so much... You will have to be your own personal judge of it... That isn't the point. The point is I am working on a list of planets, and so on and so forth. It will have information about climate, cities, location, its alignment (alliance, independent, or neutral), and other fun stuff. I hope to have it up either today or tomorrow. Have a ten hour shift at my job, so today looks like a posibility as long as I do it.

Mmm, golf. I think the game would have been alot better if that little plot twist was implemented. And just buy an Xbox 360 and the game for it, Edme wink and then CoD4 while yer at it. Trust me, you won't regret it ^_^

Tch, Tiger Woods is all the twist you need. Good looking and talented. Too bad he's married to a Swedish model. *Le sigh*

I already saved up enough money to get one and will be getting one later this week, or the beginning of next week. Didn't decide to go over to the dark side for KOTOR though (considers Xbox the dark side...), the new Splinter Cell game is only coming out on 360 and PC, and we have already established that PCs hate Edme and her Mac loving self, so there was only one alternative... Long story short, I will consider getting it for xbox, but I already dished out the money for the PC version, and I am in kind of a money crunch right now. I will get Mass Effect for it though for I love Bioware. Oh yes, and Tiger Woods is very fine looking man as well.

I personally like the PC version better. I played that one first and it was harder for me to get used to the controls on the X Box one. If the PC version really is giving you a problem you could try reinstalling, sometimes that works.
And... I'm off to get ready for work and watch the Mole since my TV doesn't work right I have to wait for it to go online. I heart ABC.

/e looks nervously between the girls talking about Tiger Woods...
So yeah, get the 360 when ya can. And Xbox Live and Call of Duty 4 (very fun game, beats the crap out of Halo 3's multiplayer, and the campaign is fun, too.)
You can also surf the internet with the 360, by plugging in a USB keyboard and USB mouse into the controller slots. Pretty awesome that a PC-manufacturing company made a gaming console.

I have Vera, and she is a laptop, why would I need to surf on a console when I could do that on my computer? Just because I can? Doesn't seem like a good enough reason...
