"Oh? Why is that?" Dev thought things over, looking back at his Sleeping Lord, "Eh, perhaps another time then? Maybe the next time I get the chance to hang out in the Eradicon quarters, I suppose..."

"Of course..." Dev nodded... and shut the door, going to his room a moment. He took time to draw out Japanese-style chibi versions of him and Starscream kissing, on the front of the card he folded, making it out of some of the stiff cardstock... found in his desk.

Then he proceeded to use the set of paint-pens he had stored in his Chassis, originally, anyway, and now saved in his desk... to color them in. He penned a note inside it saying, "To my dearest Lord Starscream, with deepest Love, Bon Appetite..."

Then he finished the back of the card with a sketch of a Spark and spark-chamber, with the saying, "From my spark to yours, I love you." Before he penned it in color too.

Tying off the card in a ribbon of orange, he tied it around the Energon Cube, and walked over to the Berthside table that was his Lord's, and set the cube down upon the table before heading back to his room to write some letters and draw and color-in more images with the paint-pens.... Tucking them inside his chassis for safe-keeping.

He passed by his sleeping Lord, and though he was aware of the risk, he had to check on something, since he now knew they were above earth, so he slipped out of the room, breaking the rules, yet again... only this time... he knew it was to be worse if he were to get caught. Hopefully, this time, it wouldn't be...

He found his way along, without running into anyone else. And out onto the deck, he transformed to cybertronian jetform, without as yet having taken an earth-based alt mode.

Flying to a spot in San Diego, and finding the Velocihoss safely where he had left it... he rebooted her systems... to be certain she was still functional... after the six years it has been... since his last time on earth.

Then he located his friends, the human teens he had known... then. Now all in college... and sent them the images he had made earlier, as well as the letters... all before shutting down the Velocihoss's systems once more and prepping to go back to the Nemesis.

(I suppose if ya want to have Starscream find Dev gone... that's fine by me... he could vent when Dev gets back... wink )

Lightly moaning, Starscream had rolled onto his back, stretching lightly and yawning. Opening his optics, the Lord had sat up on the berth, finding Devision gone once again. Growling, the Lord had glanced over to his desk, growls ceasing. He spotted Energon cube on the table, along with a card attached to it. Picking it up, Starscream had read the card, front and back, before lightly sighing. "Dev... you disobeying romantic."

Untying the card from the cube, the Air Commander had bit into the corner of the Energon cube, allowing himself to take a drink.

Devision sighed, and had his cube before he transformed and flew off, back to the Nemesis, the pain of flight reminding him of how much he hated it. He landed on the deck and sighed again, wondering what awaited him. Had his Lord awakened to discover him gone? Or would he be lucky enough to get back without incident... except... that he still did not know the password to his Master's private quarters.


(So do we want him seized and brought to Starscream's door by the patroling Eradicons? Probably those of Bad Brad's gang, if so... not the ones he's made friends with... or just have Starscream come get him, when he's informed of his arrival? Or have him return to the door of his Master's quarters himself and knock?

(Have him return and knock)

(Okay. But let's keep the other two options in mind for future scenarios... k?)

Devision headed back, without incident... or any encounters with anyone... upon reaching his Lord's quarters, he sighed and knocked, knowing he'd be in trouble for this... outing... of his. Sigh.

Opening the door, Starscream had crossed his arms, not looking very pleased at Devision.

(Okay)

"Er..." Dev whispered, a nervous tremble rippled throug his frame but he slipped in past Lord Starscream, so that his Lord may close the door and do unto him with whatever punishment he saw fit. He did not speak another word for a time, in the silence that followed, certain his Master would have some stern words for him.

Closing the door, Starscream had looked to Devision, arms still crossed. "Have we not discussed this... Devision?"

"Er... yes, my Lord..." Dev said softly, sighing, he approached Starscream slowly, warily, of course... awaiting the punishment he knew would come. He knelt at his Master's Pedes, helm lowered, his gaze to the floor. "I...I won't resist punishment... to the best of my ability, Master." Dev whispered softly, remaining on his knees for whatever his Lord wished to do to him.

"I will be deciding on that. First, tell me where did you go."

"Uh... a cave... in... San Diego, California..." Dev sighed.

"What we're you doing at a cave? You could have been spotted."

"That's... been done already... six years ago... Master. And... I was only checking on the Velocihoss... to see that she's still functional and... safe."
