well it basiclly just involves My character for the moment, its not as fun as as what you guys are doing but it the idea is my character exploring hsi new home the 9th squad barracks

Makes sense. It is something to do if you can't come along, you could also go out to train as well.

I'm fairly sure that Vice Captains are allowed to create their office, though it may depend on the captain. If you do make one, follow any formats the captain has for other areas.

Because of the aforementioned reason.
The Protector of Dreams and Fantasy does not use a Katana. Ever. It doesn't suit the mood of the games.
