I got it from a girl name Tiffany in Kinsaki. Her slots are usually full. She has a shop here on gaia too but she only takes high bribes. And I don't know the link to her shop unfortunately. :

Yeah it can get pretty expensive. but, if you look around you can find some great artists willing to do a portrait for free. They tend to be very busy but it is worth a look around.

Yup. I bought mine at Kinsaki, it was a fair price there for it. I have 2 art from her. And I love them!! I want to get some more but her slots are always full. She has shops in Gaia too, but it's auctions, and the bids there are up the roof and ridiculously expensive...so, yup. ^__*
But good art is always expensive but well worth it if your an art whore like myself. heehee....

Kylie~ I'm majoring in nursing. And I have to disagree on good art being expensive. Some charge high prices for something I would never buy. >.>
