Reaver: Essentially, it turns any ice at all technique or etc. That Hido uses into super dense crystal with the same properties as if it were still ice. (since any ice Hido uses has the same properties as his nara shadows)

Well it's unmeltable anyway XD I have permafrost (the jutsu not my made up) but yeah I made it sound cooler >.> and it's physically unbreakable without extreme circumstance (obviously someone who released the chakra gates could probably break it.

SO are we taking over villages?
I wanted to Have Hurdy be kage of Hidden Nightmare, and enlist missing ninja as evil ANBU, what I call ONI (Operatives for negative intentions). I think I want to makes special jutsu and uniforms and such. Would this be possible drago?

If you mean we as in The Real Akatsuki then yes.. you can submit me some techniques that you would want in your group but we are still kinda backed up for techniques so theres no guarantee when they would be added or approved

But I guess I don't need to make techs if we already had them. Would any one be interested in joing the ONI? We could like come up with misions and make it fun twisted But I guess first I should ask if I can be nightmare's kage? sweatdrop can I drago pwwwease?
