Yo Drago I gotsa an idea! Well actually its from an older roleplay but I was thinking. Maybe we should have a bingo book of some npc so people go hunt'em down. They'd be premades of course and mods would control them so if someone wants to hunt them they'd get a mod to go along with it. Of course no genin is going to tackle an S ranks shinobi so theird be limits and rules. And rewards will be given depending on if their wanted dead or alive and such like one free jutsu or an item from that particular shinobi. Hell I'd figure if players wanted to like post a wanted of another character, regardless of village and such that could be done too..
