I'm still laughing about that picture.
A few minutes ago my Mom came out, and looked at me like I was out of my damn mind.

Man, the original power level thread setup didn't need to be changed.
Just because you are level .. whatever on whatever doesn't mean your maximum is that.. it just means you're above the last one. And I don't know why people keep using ".5" or whatever.
Excessive specificity is lame. The idea wasn't a to the T accurate reading, it was to give you an idea of what the person is working with.
