Damn, can't break the chart with .5s this time. Though one question Josh, why is AoE only under long range? Would think depending on the AoE, it'd fit under medium.

Nighthunter Damn, can't break the chart with .5s this time. Though one question Josh, why is AoE only under long range? Would think depending on the AoE, it'd fit under medium. Because I'd consider an area attack to be higher tier in RP than a 20-to-30-foot-range single-target blast of fire. Ease of avoidance and all. When something covers a twenty foot circular area it's going to be 'more powerful' in RP than something that only shoots in a straight line.

Rivven technically doesn't project energy, and requires an existing water source to do any magic of note, but I think if I measure him again I'll have to just put the magic under energy projection again, and assume decent (but not optimal, cuz fighting him at sea is suicide) conditions.
Edit: For that matter, I'll likely have to tune up Nikolai's "energy projection" a hair again to keep in mind that he can eat up foreign magic at melee range, even though it won't really fit the scale.
