Narelle? Been there, done that, and with my dad too. Its a phase parents go through, I swear. And its not easy or fun or anything of the sort.
@ Chaz - Like I'd ever shout at you like that XD With regards to new piercer, have you tried Urban Piercings in Reading? Having had my n****e done once in Wales, and then redone by them at the weeknd, through EPIC amounts of scar tissue (dont ask) with barely ANY pain and this clean a wound... hell, Id recommend the bloke that did me to anyone. He was awesome. Depsite the fact I had ot add him to the long list of people who've touched by boobs in the last two weeks.
And with regards to weirdos and being hit on, I am a walking magnet to gey women, I swear xd It doesnt hel that Im covere din tattoos, with cropped hair and fairly well toned (Read: BUTCH for a girl). I am often mistaken for bisexual or lesbian and it started in secondary school with my three best friends all confessing to me they were gay and had a crush on me on seperate occasions xd
Not that I mind. And Ive ALSO had the weird 40 y/o issue. Bard has forbidden me from getting a cab by myself in Didcot because there is one cabbie who although not stalking me, knows me far too well and has made lewd comments to Bard about me when I wasnt in the car.

I've been into Urban Piercings, but I can't for the life of me find out where they've moved to, and the people that "advertise" them, are of no farking help at all! ETA: I need to figure out what to get pierced anyway ;P Lack of money is bad. I should start saving up! Piercing Fund! ILY Roany. Srsly xD You don't half cheer me up when I'm feeling blue, girly.

For those that don't know him, Major General Peter Cosgrove is an 'Australian treasure!'
General Cosgrove was interviewed on the radio recently.
You'll love his reply to the lady who interviewed him concerning guns and children. Regardless of how you feel about gun laws you gotta love this! This is one of the best comeback lines of all time. It is a portion of an ABC interview between a female broadcaster and General Cosgrove who was about to sponsor a Boy Scout Troop visiting his military headquarters.
FEMALE INTERVIEWER:
So, General Cosgrove, what things are you going to teach these young boys when they visit your base?
GENERAL COSGROVE:
We're going to teach them climbing, canoeing, archery and shooting.
FEMALE INTERVIEWER:
Shooting! That's a bit irresponsible, isn't it?
GENERAL COSGROVE:
I don't see why, they'll be properly supervised on the rifle range.
FEMALE INTERVIEWER:
Don't you admit that this is a terribly dangerous activity to be teaching children?
