Sevilin mentally checked the time in his head. Well, that was an extra half hour for her and her stalling already. Not that he was going to say something about it to her. After all, she knew how he was about these lessons. But let her stall and mess with the boy as she may.
Okay, he'd admit. It was a little funny that she had him going like she did...making blood rush to his face and stain his skin that red color...even his ears. Pathetic...blushing over some woman...A little shake of his head as he tended to his breakfast again, cleaning his plate.
Then he opened one of those rune books that he seemed to pull from nowhere and took to skimming a few pages, looking for something or other.

Arthur blinked a bit and he almost fainted at the sight of her smile, her lips curved upwards so slightly it made his heart jump. But his eyes watched hers as she looked over his pocket watch, going over every detail with her beautiful eyes. By then Arthur noticed he was holding in his breath and let it go with a nice soft sigh, god this was killing him in very way possible!
But his ears twitched, making his hair move to expose his fully red ears, at her comment on the watch and it made him smile a little. His eyes then moved down to see her grasp his wrist, her fingers felt soft against his skin and it made another layer of deep red go over his cheeks. But he then noticed that she didn't let go of him and closed his hand with her own fingers and held it there for awhile before brushing her fingers on top of his. But what finally did him in was her grin, it showed her teeth which stood out from her skin and it just twisted him more.
With a light cough Arthur brought back his hand and stuffed the watch back into his pocket. "Well thanks for s-saying that now if you ex-excuse me..." quickly he stood up and caught his katana before it fell to the ground. "I-I should be going it was n-nice to see you again Zahara." a pause as he turned to Sevilin and gave him a slight nod. "Nice to see you Sevilin." and with that he slowly made his way out of the dining hall.
When he was out of sight Arthur made a mad dash to his room, his blush burning like wild fire. When he got to it he pushed open the door and slammed it shut bolting for the bathroom, inside he filled the bathtub with cold water and jumped in naked to cool himself off. With a loud sigh as he resurface Arthur pushed his hair back and let his head rest against the side of the tub. Damn it I made a fool of myself... then he slowly closed his eyes as a small sigh escaped his lips like he was released from a harsh torment.

Malik's eyes opened. fingers in his hair...cold air. wait a second. since when did thier room get airy? looking up, and back and forth. outside? Oh yeah. camping. then resting his head back on her belly, snuggling into her a bit.
"think we woke your parents sometime last night?"

Zahara watched Arthur for a moment and then smiled inwardly at his stammering. It made her happy to know that she sthill had it. Zahara knew she was attractive, but even to a surface elf she was. She ran her fingers through her hair, nodded to Arthur and then raised an eyebrow. "Was it something I said?" She knew she needed to get down to work, after all Sevilin only let things go for so long. Shrugging she nodded to the books. "You should know my answer to that by now Sevilkin. I'm a doer not a reader."

A little laugh from her as she looked back to him upon his waking and question asking, still letting her fingers play through his hair as they pleased, brushing rather beddragged strands out of his face and into normal place. "I'm thinking more along the lines of quite a bit of the Underdark." Another laugh from her before a contented sigh, petting through his hair still. "See, camping can be good..."
Sevilin only held in a chuckle. Did him good to see a piece of surface trash run for cover from a drow. Really, she hadn't even been trying that hard and she still got him to run, cheeks abalze with heat and blood. Surface elves...they didn't know what lay beneathe the surface of a drow woman.
But he turned his attention back to her. "Good then. If you want to rune..." He flipped a page, and then slid the book to her. "Do that one." The words were blanked out on the page, giving no indication of what it did. Just the rune there sitting on the page for her to contemplate over.

Arthur sighed lightly as he opened his eyes, that was intense and she seemed to not have ben trying that hard to make him feel that way! well half of it was because he had a small crush on her, but god damn that was hard to sit through. He wondered if Sevilin was laughing his butt off at what happened right now, but really Arthur had to shrug that off, Sevilin may not like him so he should just continue with the people who come to like him so far, Piper and her parents.
But right now here he was sitting naked in a cold bath, slowly coming down from the frequent blushes which assulted his cheeks from just looking at Zahara, but god was she beautiful. Arthur blinked a few times and shook his head, he has got to stop thinking about her for now! right now all he needs to do is cool down and go train somewhere to get rid of all this extra energy. God damn that dark skin drow... he thought as he slowly dunk his head underneath the water to cool off his cheeks and ears.

"Mhmm."
A gentle kiss on her belly, flicking his tongue lightly over her skin, and sliding up agasint her to give her a soft kiss.
"Are we ready to go back inside, or would you like to stay out here some more?"
Then he had a humorous thought.
"You know, with all the screaming, I'm surprised that new surface boy didn't come out here running to find out what was wrong."

Piper watched him a moment, always so fascinating in his early waking moments...at least to her he was, letting her fingers brush over one of his ears as he kissed at her stomach before scooting himself up for a proper kiss. Of course she had to give a soft meoldic laugh between pressing kisses affectionately to his throat. "He's on a personal quest for himself, not one who saves damsels in percieved distress. Besides, I'm sure if he disturbed us...he'd either be very traumatized or recieve a severe beating." Another laugh, she was obviously in a good mood today and who wouldn't be? "That's up to you love, after all I've held you hostage out here...your hair is a mess, your clothes are a mess, and we missed dinner so you must be starving. Would you like the trade the wilderness for the comfortable life A'mael?" Personally she could do either.

"Why not. lets go inside, get something to eat, relax and get a change of clothes, and then if your really good, maybe we can come back out camping again tonight or tomorrow. bring a change of clothes and stay out here a few days, what do you say?"
A smile at her, caressing her cheek with his fingers, lightly brushing her ear.

Those nails went to tapping again and she watched him for a good five minutes, her face impenetrable. There were all sorts of thoughts and ponderings going on behind her small smile but she let none of it show merely contemplated him ignoring the book. Finally her gaze drifted down slowly to the book before her and she spent just as long if not longer contemplating that rune. It was always a risky venture to scribe something with no idea what it did. If Sevilin was looking to get her back for forcing him into vulnerability yesterday this would be the way to do it since she'd never see it coming and walk right into the trap with her eyes wide open. Could she use her energy to rune or was she going to have to pull out that agent again? It was tempting to try to rune without it but the last thing she wanted to do was get lectured and all chances of runing snatched from her, forced instead to read for hours on end or copy things out of the book. It was better not to push her luck so she pulled out the runing agent and in no time had the gel in the shape of the circle on the table, hardened and she was carefully scribing the room in the center, glancing back and forth each time to make sure she was following lines like she was supposed to. Just before she made the final line, that strange swoosh mark she'd seen a few times, she glanced up at him. "What does it do?"

"If I'm really good huh? Like if I eat all my breakfast and not get myself into trouble with my peers? Be the doting wife and keep you out of trouble as well? That kind of good?" Piper smiled softly at him, instinctively leaning into his touching, though to her surpise gave a little flinch when his hand brushed over her air. Well damn it...two steps back. Of course she merely didn't say anything, thus to not bring it to attention...didn't want to talk about that sudden jump in self conciousness, she knew why it was there. That in mind, back to conversation. "Really? I think I may just enjoy that." A little giggle. "A few days? Gee I'm going to have to make you catch food." That would be interesting. Yes, Malik was indoorsy in the relationship and she was outdoorsy...nice to indulge in that side sometimes. A poke at his shoulder. "Well, get off me then and let's find clothes, then go inside, fix ourselves up and fill our stomachs."
He merely watched her a moment as she watched him and then watched the book and the rune that was on the pages, his own hands and runics having blocked out information. He called it a test of sorts. He knew she didn't want to do this, that she practically hated learning thiese things by Malik's insistance. He wanted to see how far she would follow...or maybe if she really wanted it herself.
A little shrug. "I don't know...wht don't you finish and find out." One of those 'go on' gestures. But no smirk, no hidden agenda in his eyes to say that he was planning revenge on her or trying to hurt her via runes. Nope, just a semi curious and challanging look given to her as he watched her in her hesitant fashion. Curious enough was the reason that she used her runing aid over her own. Well he was quite glad she was cautious. Cocky people got hurt.

She frowned at him, they both knew that he knew exactly what that rune did. It was the nature of a teacher to allow a student to learn by mistakes and curiosity. Sometimes the natural tendency to question and explore could be put to good use and if watched carefully no pain would be the final result. Nodding once she bent her head again and completed the rune, feeling it activate the moment her finger left the table. The threads still connected to the various parts of her body rippled and strained towards the power and she jerked at the unfamiliar feeling. So that's how Sev knew anytime his runes had been messed with, his 'threads' told him so. Her body tensed in caution, stepping back a bit just in case something flared up. Now to see just what that symbol meant and did...

A light mist started to rise upon her completeing that rune, stretching out until it seemed to hit a wall...or rather the edges of the drawn acitvating circle. One of those runes that was affected by contraint that was built into the symbol itself and affected by its surroundings. And that's about all that happened."Put your hand in it."
Kinda like saying put your hand in a bear trap wasn't it? Though this wouldn't hurt her...she'd merely find herself able to more or less reach through the table, and yes, see her hand through the underside of the table if she chose to look and try and figure things out.

Well now that was interesting wasn't it? She cocked her head and studied that mist closely, moving her hand closer to it for a moment before snatching it back when he spoke. Shooting him a quick hesitant glance she studied that circle for a good two minutes and then pushed her hand into the middle of the mist. Expecting to feel the hard wood of the table she went a little further in and ended up all the way to her upper arm. So there she was slightly crouched with her arm all but shoved through the table. She blinked for a moment and wiggled her fingers. Pure air. Since she was already semi bent over the table she moved her head under it and could see her wiggling fingers, her arm going straight through the table itself. Neat. Now could she pull it back out? Slowly she started to pull up until only her hand till about her wrist was still sticking through. She glanced up at him with a little grin. "Nifty. If I were to scribe that on stone or steel would it do the same thing? How about skin?" Natural curiosity brewing once again.

"Anything you scribe that on, you can reach through. Stone, steel, skin, wood, water, air, whatever you may please. Of course...what you can scribe on and make it work on all depends upon your own skill level in the class. For instance I can draw it on your stomach and reach straight through you, but you wouldn't be able to do the same to me." A blink...why had he just used her, more pointedly her midsection, as an example?
He shook his head lightly as if to right his thoughts. Figured thingd would be odd after yesterday night. Though a smile from him...he was pleasantly surprised that she had actually done it. Showed that she had some guts to back up all the tough talk she did.
