Im a grumpy Roan today. Work work work.. Im too busy. I now manage 8 people instead of 3 and had a massive meeting to hold today. Im fed up, tired and and and... eugh.

I went out this morning no problem, not cold at all. I walk home at 4:30 and OMGITSCOLD. Seriously. It was sodding freezing.
The worst thign is it's apparently going to get colder next week. I may be requiring new leather gloves and might just dig out my pvc coat.

Yesterday I did a 12 hour shift. WAS NOT HAPPY
Today I did an hour and ahalf extra... but actually ENJOYED my work today. FINALLY the entire Toddler unit is mine. MINE MINE MINE! BWahahahaha! MORE MINIONS!
I now have 8 staff working under me instead of three and Im now 'Toddler Unit Co-ordinator' 'Room Leader' 'NVQ Co-ordinator' 'Nursery SENCO' and 'EYFS co-ordinator and trainer'.
Im a bloody clever woman and Im a damn good teacher. *smug*
Also... the happy pills are back. Can you tell? xd

So...
We put our old house on the market about nine months ago. We listed it with the lovely lady who sold us the house in the first place, Dixie.
Her contract expired, because we didn't get any real serious offers, except for an insultingly low offer from a sleazy investor. So we were going to switch the commission to the guy who's trying to help us find a house to buy. We've slashed the price several times. Shortly after Dixie's commission expired, we got one offer from a couple looking to move.
Dixie just made an offer on the house. Yes. The real-estate agent who sold us the house, and was gonna help us sell it, offered to buy the house. She says it's for her elderly mother-in-law, who probably won't be living there long.
So basically what this means is that Dixie is getting paid for a commission, and is asking for our house for a few hundred thousand less than we'd initially listed it at (at her urging) and she's going to be able to sell it in a few years, when the market may well have gone up, and she could make a massive profit.
She said she'd take off one percent of the commission though. The rest of her commission is probably going towards closing costs.
...
Does this sound weird to anyone but me?

So..not that I'm in any RP's currently, I feel I should say this.
I will be around a lot less in the coming days. Someone at my apartment seriously ******** up my CPU. I'm lucky if I can get it running in safemode. This means that if I can't get it fixed, I have to do a complete wipe. I don't have windows CDs.
All this means is that my coming online is going to be splotchy at best until I get this fixed. Best case scenario is I get a new computer. Hopefully. *Fingers crossed*
