I could never do the Girl Scout camp deal. Or anything with kids. >____o I'd wring their little necks before it was over.
I admire anyone who can even stand kids.
And I burn too, Dixie. Peeling is the most fun I have though, since I'm a bit of an obsessive/compulsive skin picker. XD

You wanna talk about candidates for sainthood. She comes home with bites and scratches and bruises regularly (or maybe she's been cheating on me and I just fell for it). But because they're autistic they aren't allowed to negatively repromand the kids at all. If the kids biting them they have to not scream and basically just take it until one of thier co-workers notices and gently pulls the kids teeth off of them. I would've instictively backhanded a kid at some point if it was me. The down side is that if we ever have a bad fight or break up she could easily call the cops and be like "Look what he does to me!" and I'd be behind bars getting anally raped faster than an 8 year old on the Jackson Neverland Ranch.

For the most part, I'm a fairly maternal person. Not my favorite thing in the world, but I do like kids. ...at least the ones who make me smile and respect my "authority" over them DDD< I blame my southern roots. I may not have an accent, but dammit do I have manners. I can't remember how many times I had to remind the girls to say "please" and "thank you." The mom who was helping me out was astounded I demanded such of them. xDD She also called me too mature for an eighteen year old; said I could have fun but could also be an old woman.
I actually laughed at that. :D
Grypes, your girlfriend is one hell of a woman. You are correct, I don't even touch a candle to her. Good God, I don't think I have the courage nor willpower to do something like that.
My mother has been working with/teaching special ed children for as long as I can remember. She's a ******** trooper with some. DD: Whenever I had a free study hall a few of my high school years [feels weird to say that now that I've graduated] I would go and play with the lovelies. Really sweet kids when not pissed off. Then hell breaks loose.
