It's because Ebris was HoH Broken.
Though, even remastered Ebris would still likely cause a shitton of pain in any HoH he would enter. Though, I don't think he would do that. MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYBE 2012 for the sheer epic.

ALL SEEM LIKE AVERAGE JOES ONCE THEY GO UP AGAINST CRAWLEY/REIKO.
'Cept Kraun... and Kasuga (which is more me making him look good)... and I guess Pocket is added to that list by default... and Jello... BUT THAT'S IT.
