To Robert: Did you previously obtained the Holy Mode First? Mode change is only used once on every Digimon. I added more information to your question over Chronomon.

Description: Digimon becomes a different version of its current species whether its Fighter Mode/Paladin Mode/Blast mode/Crimson Mode/Chaos Mode/Rage Mode
ex. Imperialdramon --> Imperialdramon PM
Cost: 7000 TP
Digimon Partner Required: Any Digimon you think has another form on the list
*You cannot use this for your beelzemon.
It dosen't say you can only use it once.
So Butenmon or something come to papa ^^.

Mode change would not give you Butenmon.
Butenmon is and Ultimate level.

Ill get windys and karans (edit with the art in a but) Baka I dont know if you have preveiously mode changed and I know you have level and since that is being discussed I will leave those for a crew when decided.

You can't digivolve Chaosmon into Ult.Chaosmon unless you have the right parts.
