MatthewSinclaire He grinned and nodded again to Ziven. Ahh, now he could greet her prperly. Taking her hand and gently placing a kiss on the back of her hand, he smiled and released her hand. Now standing full height, he offered a hand to Fox also. Regardless if Fox would accept his hand or not, he leaned in close to Fox so that only he would hear his final words to the young man before nodding and stepping away from the boy. "Cheer up, mate, I've got nothing but good intentions, honest. Ziven has done very kind things for me. I want nothing more than the chance to repay the kindness she has shown to me. Besides .. she's not my type, mate.
" That is good my friend, For I would not have to make you only have one of the two heads that you walked in with. " He said as he did not take his hand but ti was not out of anger of hatred but ti was out of pride, he knew he could get up so he was not going to get the help. " I meen no Disrespect, just lookign out after a friend you knwo. "

A Name of Power Inhaling deeply, she did not quite know what to say to Fox. It seemed that he was really upset. She smiled and bobbed her head with the way that Matt insisted on greeting her every time but let the two males speak while she listened. Whatever Matt wanted to say in private, she let him, not even trying to listen to his words. Now her curiosity was getting the best of her. "Is your vision double, Little One? Mr Matt has one head, just the same as you and I." He said as he was walking over rot the bar now for his drink , He was not mad he was on duty. He was looking for Ali's family's killers or killer he did not knwo. and anything that would give him a clue of there being.

Eyebrows raised a bit with what Fox replied with. He tilted his head as he answered. "Well .. that's not the way to get the point across in a respectful way. But I give ya credit for being absolutely passionate about it. Sometimes you just gotta lay back and go with the flow - especially when it comes to showing a woman you care for her well being. If you keep acting so firece, I guarntee you'll drive Miss Ziven and any other female that you have an ounce of care for away sooner or later. Help to keep them safe and happy but not so much that you smother them. Just a bit of advice from an old fart like me."

"I see. Then I shall leave you to do such 'male things' without interruption." she said softly, a hint of irritation in her voice. Quietly she turned, intending to sink in to one of the couches to relax after a long day. However what Matt was saying made her smile just a bit. She turned to them again, watching as Fox walked away. Looking to Fox, especially with Matt's last words, she nodded to what the strange man said. "He speaks truth." she said, then turned and sat on one of the couches.

He grinned and followed after Fox, seating himself at the bar. His head nodded a bit when he listened showing that he was paying attention and agreeing. "Ahh but the shy and naive ones are the most fun to be around. They are so relaxed once you get to know them and whenever you want to see them blush, you simply need to surprise them with a compliment. Such simple honesty will help any friendship you have with such a woman that she will be far more likely to want to speak to you again and if you happen to be damn lucky .. she might just want to keep you around all the time."

She smiled a bit more as they spoke. Without warning, she felt sleep pulling at her senses. Slowly she lie down on the couch and let herself relax, soon falling asleep.
