I met a man who runs a lot. I mean, a LOT. He does this thing called the Death Race every year. Finishes the 125k course in about 17 hours.
He said that room temperature water is the best to drink when you are active, because cold water gives you cramps. But cold water feels sooo good. It's not fair.
