I don't even know what malt teasers are. (I do like malt, though. Be it in beer or chocolate.) But...what has a baby to do with that? o_O

It's a popular commercial.

Lady puts a round chocolate on her ready to burst prego tummy, and the baby inside decides to kick and knock the chocolate malt teaser off of her tummy.
