Reaver: If its a reward tech (for participating in a SL for example), it can be from anywhere even if they haven't been there.

He has a long post, and in the Akatsuki base. And he's trying to get multiple techniques from villages out of that post.
So unless you're allowed to post in an organization, and get techniques from anywhere in this guild's world. That T.C. post is invalid. sweatdrop

It is a great game, but its hard to keep up with if you aren't to good with the stylus. And working two screens is difficult... with ADD. Focus keeps shifting! xp

I don't think it is fair to compare games from different systems. No matter how similar, the games will always be divided by the system's differences. Its like saying bananas are the best fruit but ham is better. Well, to some ham may be better, but its not a fruit, so it doesn't really fit.
Besides its all a product of preference. I say that Halo is the best game ever released hands down. But you know, I don't really play video games except with groups of friends, and Halo is one of the best large multiplayer games.
I know a guy who would say that PONG blows all those games you are mentioning out of the water... He's an addict.
