She just layed back in the chair and crossed her left leg under her right and let out a sigh. "He wanted to go back to Verisana to hunt down Kano. I had to make him lay down."

Mari just shook her head and rubbed her eyes. "It's a really long story and I don't feel like talking about it. Just... He needs to be stopped."

Mari just had a small smile on her face and looked towards the ground. Giving a small nod, she spoke. "Yea. I think I'll be alright."

She just looked over at Odin and wondered if he was feeling any better. He looked like he was calm, but also a bit shaken.

*odin looked up and seen mari. he got up from roxy's lap and walked over to mari. he got up on her and nuzzled her*

Mari just pet him gently and smiled. "He'll be fine, Odin. And I need to tell you that you were very brave and I'm glad you were there to help me."

Mari put Odin down on the chair and stood up. She looked around and thought to herself. "I need to go to town. Watch Matt for me." She then opened a portal into the city and went through it. Having it close before Odin or Roxy had time to react.

Mari had come in through a portal and seen Roxy and Odin. She just more or less waved to them and told them she had to lay down and rest a bit. Even offering Roxy a room to sleep in for the night. She went into the bedroom and seen Smash sleeping. All she did was kick off her shoes and took her glasses off. She then layed down in the bed beside hin, not even bothering to cover herself up. As soon as she collapsed on the bed, she had closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep.

*after a good night's sleep smash woke up. he sat up on the bed and streched. he moved his arms a bit to see that he was able to move his body. he was still a little bit sore but it wasn't anything he couldn't deal with. he looked down at mari and smiled. he was glad she took care of him*
