It was hard to believe this....'owner' was ready to kill her 'slave'. Ibara was thinking maybe she should just kill this women, as it was obvious she was a dark thing..but...she wasn't sure she had it in her.
The second the women stood, Ibara punched her again, harder this time.
Oh it stung, her hand hurt!
With her magic, the will of her mind she pushed, slamming the women into the ground.
"Shall we see how you like being beaten?"

"Which time?" Anrhea asks Blair a bit dryly. "Technically I've been enslaved twice."
Then a whole bunch of drama unfurls, and while the young woman is obviously not immune to the distress, she doesn't move to aid the other woman. At least, not in any way that would put her up against an aggressive force. Ibara seems free to intercede, and she is thankful for this. She even feels a little guilty that she is not free to act as her conscience dictates.
Looking towards the staff, she wonders how they can stand to serve the kinds of people this place seems to attract from time to time.

Blair gently tossed Claudette on the bed in the other room. He kissed her forehead as he took the rest of her clothes off and threw them to the floor. He tucked her in underneath the covers, and she fell asleep almost immediately from the pain. He scurried out of the room.
Eyes on Kira, he saw Ibara punch her and force her to the ground. He ran to the scaled woman, grabbed her, and threw her away from Kira. He hoped Kira was able to move now, as he extended his hand to her.
To the woman in white, he said, "Both times?"

Urt reacted instinctively, going for his great, hulking ax, but Svana snapped at him and motioned for him to sit. He reluctantly knelt down next to her chair, wanting to throw himself into whatever fight was about to happen, but she was resolute not to allow himself to get involved with magic users.
"Let's just see how this plays out," she cooed.
"I thought we were on Kira's team," he grumbled.
"You're on my team, and I say we watch. This just got interesting."
Baldur muttered something indiscernible under his breath.

Ibara was ready to show this evil women just what she could but suddenly hands gripped her and threw her away. She caught herself on a chair and whirled around. The boy...was helping her? What in the world.
"How could you?" Ibara hissed. But she was concentrating on the women, keeping her pinned to the floor.
"You cannot help her," She said, almost smiling. "I wield magic as well, and she dosen't move until I allow it."

Anrhea flicks Urt a semi-sympathetic look; she knows full well how it is to be ordered to do the opposite of what her nature dictates...although that nature very rarely involves jumping head first into a physical conflict. Still, there is respect there for the Orc for maintaining his position under orders.

"Stand down," he snarled to Ibara.
Kira struggled as she pushed magic out angrily. Waves were crashing inside the cafe, lightening was striking, fires were starting, and rocks made of ice were raining down. The cafe was flooding. Kira was beyond pissed off.
Blair's mouth went slack. His vision was coming in and out of focus. The amount of magic present was unbearable. He stumbled and collapsed.

Once again, Svana found herself drenched as the cafe flooded. She wanted to duck under the table to escape the fire and ice raining down, but she didn't want to get into the water. Baldur held no such reservations. He ducked down, bearing the standing water that was starting to accumulate. Baldur stood protectively over Svana, wrapping a thick, protective arm around her shoulders from behind.
"Can I tackle her again?" he rumbled irritably.
"No." She considered telling him to go snap Blair's neck and remove the catalyst to most of these fights and floods. She resisted the temptation.

Anrhea is not dressed for outside wear, and soon she's shivering in the thin, white material plastered to her frame. The shawl on her arms, there for protection against the sun, doesn't help much, and her slippers were meant for indoor use only. Clambering up on top of a table, she curls up, trying to maintain body heat as best she can.

"You do not order me around, boy!" She snapped, hissing at the boy. But suddenly the captives women's magic was running ramped, and this was nothing Ibara could fight against.
Quickly she threw up a shield around herself, removing her power from the women on the floor. Oh she was beyound angry now and..scared. Her powers didn't measure up to this womens, she didn't have this kind of magic. Maybe now was door would work, she could go home. Keeping the sheild a few feet around her moved for the door, flinching as things hit her sheild, but...the door lead her right back into the space.
"no," she whipsered.

When Ibara tried to step out, and ended up back in here, she didn't come back alone. On her tail (not literally) was the mage from earlier: Jelryn. The water lapping against his robes irritates him greatly. Raising his staff, he transmutes several tables into sponges, which start soaking up the water in great amounts. Once this is done, he focuses on Kira, trying to subdue her into sleep just long enough to make sure that the indoor weather catastrophe stops. Finally, spying Anrhea, he motions to her with a finger. Standing, she goes to stand next to him.
"So, this is where you got to," he says curtly. To some it might sound like an admonition, but Anrhea doesn't seem distressed at the words. She merely nods her head, still shivering.

The storms were calming down now that Kira could move freely. She yanked Blair to his feet, lifted him by the collar of his shirt, and screamed loudly in the semblance of a lion's roar, "Where's Claudette!?"
She threw him into the water, and he skid across the drying floor into the wall. Standing over him, she said, "How dare you take her from me!"
Blair did not rise to his feet, but he said weakly, "She is ready for you... Mistress."
Kira raised an eyebrow in happiness but with a little confusion. "She is ready for what Svana and Baldur refused?"
Blair nodded.
"Then, I'll reward you," Kira said. "You may do what they would not."
Excitedly, Blair crawled to the room where he left Claudette. This was everything he ever wanted; getting Claudette was invigorating. Kira smiled. She was going to enslave him.

The hoodie was not enough. Ibara just couldn't seem to keep warm. She jumped as the mage moved from behind her. Where had he come from?
But the horrid women was speaking agian..those the words were not pleasing, surely the boy wouldn't.... Ibara wanted to stop him, but interfering had gotten her no where. Again she tried to leave, and again she wound up back in the same spot.
Hissing softy she wrapped her around about herself. It was so cold. Too cold. She wasn't feeling well. But at least the women wasn't after her.

Crawling out from under the table to stand next to Svana, he gestured toward Kira and Blair as they discoursed. "Do you understand anything that just happened?"
"Not one damn bit."
"They..." Urt began, hand raising, and then he dropped it. "No...actually. I don't get it, either."
They all stared curiously on.
"So basically all he had to do was suck up a little bit and she let's him go plunder the girl he loves, just like he wanted to all along, under the ruse that it's a punishment? And she went for it? I don't get it," Svana repeated, head cocked, brow knit together.

"Don't stress yourself; the woman is unstable. Unsuitable for using magic," Jelryn says coldly. Then again, if the people here knew his history, they might say the same things about him. But that is not his concern. At the moment, he's working on drying up the place. If he had chosen another magical path, it would have been a quicker process, but as it is, he has to fall back on ritual magic. Withdrawing a piece of chalk, he inscribes a circle on one of the tables he didn't turn into a sponge.
As for Anrhea, she simply follows her Master, but keeps a respectful distance from him. Removing her shawl, she wrings it out over one of the sponge tables, then drapes it over a table to hopefully dry further. Since Blair is gone now, she'll have to answer his question later, if he's ever in a position to want to listen again. She blushes faintly, thinking about where the young man is now.
Moments later the room starts to heat up a little, and even though there isn't THAT much heat yet, Jelryn has started to break out into a sweat.
