Sins of an Angel Arc IS a meta-hater for the most part. XD Pretty much every character he plays has some kind of vendetta against them. Or so I've seen. lol And I've felt compelled to make something new too but I don't know what. I wonder why he's like that? D: I've never understood. Especially since I know he does otherwise. Also, I know I've said this before, but something about the word "meta" just rubs me the wrong way. S'gotta be the four letters.

Ecks X donovan's darkstalker-hunter awesome is lessened by the fact that he's taking care of a little girl.
maybe more so when one understands that the little girl is the savior of mankind, not him.Which would never be known unless you played the Japanese version of the third game.

or the american console version. jedah's ending hints very strongly at it, i think. i think donovan's might as well, though he's more worried about becoming full vampire than anything.

Which is why Tombs is wringing his hands and cackling maniacally. Turning people on each other in a way that everyone else is generally less-willing to deal with. They're still human, just infected with something that makes them into 28 Days Later-esque zombies.
Little does anyone know the surviving zombies will revert to their normal selves a couple days later once the parasite dies.
And then everyone feels bad for their questionable responsibility in killing potentially innocent people.

The term "meta" should bring about that sort of effect, because it's almost a derogatory term for the non-human kind, in a roundabout way - especially when those characters/types who dislike or harbor any ill-will towards those magically inclined/more than human use it in that kind of way.
It's short for Metahuman, meaning beyond human which is in no way insulting or even bad, it's nicer sounding than simply saying "meta".
And - I got distracted reading the Wiki on all the graffiti in Left 4 Dead...now I want to play.
So I made a deal with Cog - we'll be getting him a new desk soon, and smaller so there will be room for a desk of my own. When I do get it - I'll start playing L4D. XD

Build a desk from sweat and blood and tears.
And wood. Maybe some nails too, or screws if you prefer.

Chaplain Fenix And then everyone feels bad for their questionable responsibility in killing potentially innocent people. Not really. Considering they're killing each other as well, and their murderous rampage is all the cause of two sorcerors, all of the responsibility would be on Tombs and Damnatus for what's happening now. Even if all of the innocent spectators being manipulated had to die, Tombs and Damnatus are pretty much the murderers in this case. Thankfully Tenkai wouldn't be hasty to kill these things anyway, knowing they're neither dead, undead, nor acting rationally. Athan, on the other hand...

It's short for Metahuman, meaning beyond human which is in no way insulting or even bad, it's nicer sounding than simply saying "meta". It feels like a word developed more within the Marvel/DC area of entertainment rather than something that fits into the scheme of anime and manga. Then again, that's because they come up with their own words in those cases, or end up redefining what a human is period. It's like how I see the way they talk about martial arts and human potential in Street Fighter, KOF, and other things, where people do these extraordinary things without forsaking the name "human" except in extreme cases. Then I read about how Iron Fist explains it. /headdesk

Tenkai Matsumoto Not really. Even if all of the innocent spectators being manipulated had to die, Tombs and Damnatus are pretty much the murderers in this case. Well obviously. But you can't say someone wouldn't feel shitty for killing a bunch of infected people and find out that they would have returned to normal if they hadn't shot them all in the head. Or that the infected wouldn't be horribly scarred for life at the memories and feeling of tearing the throats out of their friends and family. Tenkai obviously doesn't like killing things. How'd he feel if killed one of the zombies and watched as all the others came to their senses? Of course, he'd blame Tombs for starting the infection, but he wouldn't feel like he just murdered someone?
