Thanks, guys. Yeah, I actually had to walk to the store for a few things, and when I get back, I had an @reply from Mega Ran saying "Uh oh, Kotaku! Brace for the storm dude." To which I, naturally, became quite confused and I went to find the article.

Had a short bout with a bunch of people because I made the bad guy white, but made everyone else black.

Someone explained that it looks like the white man (Wily) is keeping the black man (Mega Ran) down. To which I lol'd heartily. Wily keeping the Blue Bomber down.
