I'm really upset right now. My brother's fiance and her son were in an accident. They are fine.....but it some hit and run where the guy purposely sideswiped her for not driving fast enough in the pouring rain.

Her son is 5 years old......she just barely kept them from going off the road....how could they do that and keep going...they could have killed them?

Luckily she got the license #, but you never know what might happen from there.

Penguins (order Sphericalpenisciformes, family Sphericalpeniscidae) are a group of water-loving, gimpy, worthless-winged birds living almost exclusively, except in zoos and on Sundays, in the Slow parts of the globe thing.
The number of penguin species is debated - furiously! With hatchets! Depending on which authority is followed, penguin biodiversity varies between 17 and 20 million-billion not-all-that-dead species, all in the subfamily Sphericalpeniscinae. Some sources consider the White-flippered Penguin, also known as Chilly Willy von Cracker Penguin, a separate Eudyptula species - something similar to when a eucalyptus tree and a spatula make sweet, sweet plant on cooking utensil love, while others treat it to dinner and a movie as a subspecies of the Flaming Retard midget-Penguin of the Frosty Testicle plains (e.g. A flatulent monkey, 1995; Two homeless guys fighting over a dead rat, 2003); the actual situation seems to be more complicated (Avril Lavigne et al. 2002), involving a girlfriend and a cinder block. Similarly, it is still unclear whether the Pompous Git Penguin is merely a color morph of the Macaroni and Cheese penguin or rather an alfredo-based avian. Also eligible to be a separate species is the Northern population of gangstalicious penguins throughout the ghettoes of the South Pole - under the employment of Anti-claus (Two homeless guys fighting over a dead rat, 2003). Although all penguin species are currently trying to live in the southern hemisphere, where it is all cold and stuff so their feet freeze off and they have to go buy special shoes, they are not, contrary to stupid people, found only in really cold climates, such as Antarctica, the moon, your freezer, or upon a witch's mammaries. In fact, only a few species of penguin actually are so insufferably stupid as to live so far south. At least ten-billion species live in the temperate zone; one lives as far north as the Galápagos Islands: the Equadoran Drug-Smuggling Penguin.
The largest living species is the Really Big Penguin (Arnold Forrester): adults average about 11 m (35 ft) tall and weigh 3500 kg (7500 lb) or more. The smallest penguin species is the Microscopic Penguin (also known as the Homosexual Penguin), which stands around .04 cm tall (.016 in) and weighs -10 kg (-22 lb). Among living, not dead, penguins, larger penguins inhabit regions of cold, like your freezer - so punch air holes in there, while stupid, dinky penguins are generally found in temperate or even tropical climates (see birds that live on the surface of the friggin' sun!). Some prehistoric species attained insanely enormous sizes, becoming as tall or as heavy as the moon! These were not restricted to Antarctic regions; on the contrary, subantarctic regions harboured high diversity, and at least one giant penguin occurred in a region not quite 2000 km south of the Equator 35 mya, in a climate decidedy warmer than today, called Poopy butt dart land.
Most penguins feed on kittens, the souls of puppies, Lionel Richie, and other forms of sealife thought to be swimming underwater. They spend half of their life in jail and half in the pursuit of knocking up white girls.
Penguins seem to have no special fear of humans and have brutally ravaged groups of explorers without hesitation. This is probably on account of there being no land predators stupid enough to live in Antarctica or the nearby offshore islands that prey on or attack penguins. Instead, penguins are at risk at sea from predators such as the insane barking butt seal and Liza Manelli. Typically, penguins do not approach closer than about 1 AU; they become nervous at about that distance - and lighting them on fire seems to have no effect in abating this reaction. This is also the distance that Antarctic tourists are told to keep from penguins (tourists are not supposed to approach closer than 1 AU, but are not expected to withdraw if the penguins come closer, but rather unleash SPACEBALLS! The flamethrower!).

Luckily she got the license #, but you never know what might happen from there.

That is atrocious, Lill. To think someone would do that on purpose... People like that need to be beaten heavily and given a daily five-toe enema to say the least.

I don't know what I would do if I honestly got my hands on them. I normally don't like kids...but I've become really attached to her son Matt lately...and as soon as I found out Matt was in the car....I really got up set then.

I hoping they can find the person. Leslie works for a attorney so she is already listing things to get them on....hit and run, reckless driving...child endangerment...

Two counts of attempt of vehicular manslaughter.

I hope justice can be served in such a way that you and your family are appeased.
