Rising out of a break in the clouds, the black silhouette of Chase in her dragon form looked over the castle ground, searching for a suitable spot to land while Taras rode on her back. The folding of her wings, making her drop down, was a slight indication she found a spot which was just outside of the town like the last one. She headed towards the small clearing in the forest that surrounded the castle.

squirm clambered up the sides of the buildings keeping hidden from below but leaping from rooftop to rooftop until finally reaching the tower and carefully digging his claws in the rock structure to climb his way to the top and listen in through the window at what was going on.
he could hear risa and yarsheas voice and they tried to explain to the woman what was going on but it seemed there were in more trouble that he thought. well looks like he was needed after all.

"please listen. if i wanted i could fight you right hear right now and theres no telling what could happen but if you will just trust me maybe i can stop kali."
risa looked sternly at the queens apprentice and then to yarshea.
"if i was to join your army would that be enough to convince you. you dont need to keep the girl here she was only following me and if she did try anything you always have me here to take the blame. well?"
it was a strange way out but it also provided her a chance to move with greater number to kali and when then go to her she could reach her before others and break her out of it.
"well?"

"hmm an intrest in proposition but you know what you ask, you shall be a loyal member of the army to the end. there is no going back and no deserting are kingdom cannot afford it"
she steeped closer and turned to look at yarshea.
"she may go. but my guards will be keeping a close eye on you. report to the captain for training. he should be around here somewhere"

Maki continued to watch over the city from the old infirmary rooftop, thinking ... contemplating all that has happened to her. The one thing she hated most was remembering calling Andreas Shinja and telling him she loved him. It sent shivers down her spine and a feeling of disgust in her stomach.
As she looked down the street she thought she could see a bandaged knight and thought it must be Katrea and stood up to walk back inside. Nearly tripping over a hole in the roof where a vine once pierced through while she was running from a nightmare.
A flashback of Shinja stopping her from jumping off the roof entered her mind. It was going to take some getting used to as her memories return and sort itself out. But for now, the one memory she wanted to fix was Katreas.

Maki was careful walking down the crumbling steps. Once on the ground level she walked towards where she thought she saw Katrea but found no one familiar there.
"Maybe he went back to the temple ... I'd better return before I get lost," she mumbled to herself and looked around. The roads were busy with people and it was getting confusing. Does she go forward? Left? Right? backwards? "... I'm lost."
Maki looked up to see if she could still see the old infirmary, at least from there she could make it back. But with so many people running into her, pushing her aside, shouting back and forth over her head she was confused and disoriented. She decided to go right down a small alleyway towards the main castle.

Yarshe blinked, surprised she was being excused. Instinctively, her old manners caught up with her, colliding like a brick. She bowed respectfully, brown with aqua-blue highlighted hair falling over her shoulder. "Thank you very much my lady. I promise not to disturb this fragile peace during my stay." She stood back up, aqua-blue eyes serene. Then she looked at Risa with concern as she started to leave the room.

As Maki walked down the alleyway she came to a dead end. Turning around she walked back out to the street and turned right. As she continued walking her eyes began feeling heavy as if they were going to cry soon. She was really lost, but didn't want to admit it. As she looked around she could see the main castle tower in the distance and knew she had walked a long way away from it. Staying on the main street trying not to panic, she walked towards the tower as best as she could.

More or less they heard her voice before they saw her, turning instantly with excitement the feminine voice of Chey wafted through the space between them.
"Kyana, Do you remember me!?"
The statement was almost enough to make themselves laugh, how would she be able to recognise her these days when her brother shared the same body.
Standing they waited for Kyana's reply patiently.

risa looked sternly before leaving and didn't bother saying goodbye following yarshea and placing a hand on her shoulder. then made her way out noticing the guards watching them leave and locking eyes with risa. they didn't look at all happy she wasn't imprisoned and she smirked to rub it in slightly.
"have you decided if you will join in this war yarshea? i don't think you should unless your have a valid reason. some one as good hearted as you i would hate to see ruined by war"
risa walked beside yarshea down the winding steps knowing her own reasons for joining.

Yarshe looked at the castle decor as she pondered on an answer. "Truthfully, ...I don't know." she admitted. She felt a slight flutter inside of her learning someone else cared about her wellbeing too. "My actions are limited in the battlefield, but I want to protect my friends....I know that for sure." she answered, looking positively at Risa.

Kyana looked the individual up and down as she spoke to her.
"You seem familiar like i know you yet your appearance is not familiar to me let me see"
Kyana concentrated for a moment closing her eyes.
"wow Chey it has been a long time I can sense your spirit but who is the other within you?"
kyana waited for a reply but spoke out again
"follow me we shall take a seat in one of the greeting chambers and catch up"

As Maki kept walking towards the tower she caught a glimpse of a person that looked kind of like Katrea from the corner of her eye and turned down an alley. She followed the alley calling out Katrea's name but found herself in a dead end. She looked around and noticed a pile of broken crates had moved, she moved them aside and found no one.
"Stop spooking yourself and go back to the main street," she said to herself and walked back the way she came. Looking up she found the tower again and continued walking towards the tower. Soon she found the castle and the disintegrating infirmary. "Finally...there you are. Never thought I'd be glad to see this place."

"hmmm, well if you do decide to participate in this i hope u understand what it will be like. it will be war not like a battle fighting inhuman creatures bent on killing but real life people following there leaders orders to the end."
she stared to the young girl for a moment slowing down slightly.
"i know you care about your friends, but once this thing starts yarshea every decision u make will be your own and if you kill another, you must live with the consequences. your a caring one but war is something where feelings are lost"

squirm watched as yarshea and risa left the room. thank goodness they were safe. he gave a sigh of relief but was curious exactly what would happen now. would they all stay a fight.
squirm couldnt see himself doing that, for one thing he had no reason to fight and he didnt know each side of the story but was sure both would havethere own versions. it was somthing he would rather not be involved in or ee hi freinds dragged into. suddenly he heard a yell.
"UP THERE!"
a gaurd pointed to him and others ran over, before squirm new it a net had been launced at him and unable to break free he plummeted to the hard ground trying to loosen the net. he fell hard and his body yelled out in pain. the gaurds hurried over jabbing him with spears and staffs.
"MONSTER! GET OUT OF ARE LAND! "
squirm couldnt make a move with all the battering and the wind being knocked out of him.
"stop listen...."
a large guard came over.
"the demon creature speaks, do these creatures know no bounds to there treacherous ways"
grabbing squirm throat through the net he held him high tightly.
"we may have let other creatures invade are home but not this one. lock it up. it can waste away in are dungeon"
before squirm new it a thud hit the back of his head and he blacked out.
when he awoke he found himself deep underground in a dank dingy cellar deep under the castle. he was shackled with heavy chains to the wall and his head rang from the impact. watching the guards leave he tried to speak but found a metal casing secured around his mouth which he scratched at to try and free himself from.
he looked around slightly panicky trying to free himself as the doors closed and all that was left was darkness lit by candle light. how had this happened what had he done to deserve this.
