jewel tilts her head shruging " I was eggmans slave for 3 years...he grew tired of me and told shadow to do what he wanted but insted of killing me like I thought he would he asked if I could be his slave... " jewel looks confused " even eggman looked confused"

jewel blinks and takes the foam bowl " okay... I don't know why he didn't do as eggman said....um thank you for the soup.." jewel said as she frowns looking around and trys to find a spot where she isn't near to many people

Sonic walked up to Jewel, "Found something? Want to go back to your room?" He said with a smile.

Back at the empire, Eggman was furious, "Where on Earth is he?!"
Scourge walked up to the doctor, "He is no where to be found... but a robot eyewitness did find Shadow leaving the cave with the Freedom Fighters." He said, showing a hologram video of the attack.
"So be decides to become a traitor, hm?! Very well. Scourge! We'll start searching for the Freedom Fighters. Let's show them that we will make sure they will fear us!"

jewel nods a little and heads back to the lady at the soup counter " um.. excuse me you have a lid for this?....I was gonna take it to my room and eat it there."

"Sure thing! Just let me know how well your life goes here, all right?" The lady smiled as she hands a lid to Jewel. "Sorry I can't talk much right now. It got busy all of a sudden." Literally since a crowd of people line up for the soup.
