Unfortunately, your customs have been denied. No science can back these creations, nor are they possible in the scope of this guild. Unfortunately, I cannot foresee any form of re-writing that can occur that will make these become acceptable, but you are welcome to try if you so desire.

I'm qouteing you, cos last person I qouted seemed to have outright ignored it and carried on with other peoples. And I've seen you deny someone, so I guess your crew for this area. A basic tagging for tracking.
Character: Silence & Whisper
Technique Name: Chakra Marker (simple to remeber)

Type: Ninjutsu
Element: well... none really... its just basic chakra.. so.. none and all?
Description: This jutsu, plain and simple is the act of marking someone through physical contact (this can be through a handshake, or the picking up an item that was previously marked), as to allow them to be traced. this invisible mark would be visible to the User, and people trained in this jutsu, meaning that a team can be taught this jutsu, to easily follow that distinctive mark. This is not a Hostile Jutsu, and the mark will fade (unless reapplied) after 5 posts. The mark will appear as a simple cross. (again, only those trained in this jutsu will see it. Otherwise.. well.. its a pretty lame tracker)

Rank: S-rank

Description: By using S-rank chakra, Kansuke forms a thin armor like chakra layer on his skin. Blunt techniques (Blunt force) A-rank and lower are rendered useless, piercing techniques B-rank and higher are able to break the armor. You must wait four posts after it's broken to repair it, once again using S-rank chakra.
I applied for this a long time ago but never finished it up. Instead of the immunity implied, all taijutsu techs will be treated as -2 ranks when facing agaisnt the armor, while all bukijutsu technqiues are treated as -1 rank. any cutting/piercing tech treated as over B rank ( A rank and high effectively) destroys the armor. Technqiue lasts for 5 posts before chakra must be reapplied. when the armor is broken, the user must wait 5 psots before they can reform the technqiue. post up with edits for approval

Never mind this then, I'd rather not waste a slot, time and chakra to have a technique that doesn't even block the stuff fully despite being harder than steel and requiring S+ chakra every time he uses it.

I understand that, there's still no real point...I can just go learn Raiton no Yoroi and do the same thing + get speed and strength. The original point of this Jutsu was to make people use Ninjutsu against the user, instead with the changes there would be no point. It would be more like "Normally I'd be dying from that, now it's just a really bad pain in my stomach." Despite it being a thin hardened layer of pure chakra designed to be able to block it. It's basically a crappy version of Susano'o, that's what I was going for. However with the changes it's just a waste of the chakra to use it, the time to learn it, and the slots that I have a limited amount of.

Description: Through the help of his father, Jasper has found a way to carry around his armor but not have to wear it all of the time. A special seal has been placed on his chest that when activated, will summon his armor onto his body. It doesn't cost any chakra to summon the armor but it costs chakra to seal it away again.

Wanted a way for him to carry his armor without having to lug it around on missions. lol
