got her on a new three week cycle, as of the 15th nov i have her sat 9am - sun 6pm, then its 10am - 5pm on the following sat with the last week havin no contact.
then as of jan next year (when she starts pre school) ill get her from when i finish work (between 4 and 6) on friday til 2pm sunday, then fri after work til 8 or she falls asleep or wants to go home (it actually says that on my court order lol) not sure if i'll have her 10 - 5 on the sat need to double check that, then 3rd week off again.
i also have her for christmas this year
and we are to try mediation from now on as the courts are bored of us

Yes, how DARE you use the court system we all pay for in our NI. How DARE you Mijin, fight for what is duly yours. How DARE you be a caring dad who WANTS to support his child, instead of refusing to pay child support or even see her.

Yep. I can vouche for that. Lee hasn't seen Kat for almost a year now and calls once a month, sends a check once every three months, but they don't care. I can't do anything to make it harder on him, like the law says I can, because they can't find where he's working at. They tell me -I- have to find out where he's working at. *Twitches.*

What a shock, Barack Obama got it. Like it was ever going to end otherwise. Dear old John cant do public speaing for taffy, and even Americans are smart enough to realise what a problem THAT is after Bush. Mind you, I suppose you lot didnt have the experiance of Prince Phillip to deal with before Bush.

Prop 8 won't pass because they forget that their voting majority is gay or isn't against it. I DO think its absolutly retarded that in this day and age something like that can get that far.

51.8% yes to the ban atm. Even if the majority of Voters are gay/aren't against it, it's looking pretty close. It is abusrdly retarded that this sort of crap get's this far, but what do you expect from a country that has sent so many to their deaths over oil?
