Well, I'm almost positive there was nothing called V-13 in BGC, or BGC 2040. Armored Core I can't remember most of the terms, but I don't remember it from there, either. The style may be similar to those, all I'm trying to figure out is what's the V-13 for.

Ello peoples~! Remember me? 4laugh Say, some one mind keeping Kanshin company? She was looking for her Sensei with Kikyo, but Kikyo's too lazy to go looking for Hido or Kanshin's sensei.

Dizzy: and if its a real Vehicle V-13 is the number of cylinders the engine runs on.
you know
V-4 = 4 cylinder engine V-6 = 6 cylinder engine
etc. etc.

*rapes Kiki and Mythic*
Mythic, I see, but does any actual vehicle run on an odd number? I had thought it always had to be an even number of cylinders? But that is a possibility, so thanks!

Dizzy: Yes yes in fact, V-13 is the only odd numbered engine. It's a truck that is still semi experimental that runs the cylinders on hydrogen instead of water.

Alright, that may solve part of the mystery. Now, how that equates to the mecha musume being a futuristic jet-type with an eyepatch, that will likely remain a mystery, though. Thanks!

Dizzy: If its a jet then the number of cylinders are what run the turbines, the way a jet engine is designed is that they line a number of gas filled cylinders around each of the turbines, this gas ignites, 8 of them propelling backward, 3 of them propelling down (for lift) and 2 propel to the opposite wing, (for stability)

All the turbines themselves really do is keep the speed constant so that the gas cylinders don't have to be always on, thats what coasting in a plane is, turning off the cylinders and letting the turbines keep you going (which is exactly what happens when you hit maximum altitude for the trip)
