Demented Lamb So I am stuck between these 2 idea's! or ooh tough call - they are both good. I sorta like the one with the sword a teeny tiny bit better but there's no clear winner. lol

I don't know why either but winter is tough. Summer can be tough to at times though since warming up from the cold is easier than cooling off from the heat. With my son when his hair would get longer and he would get too hot we would just get his hair cut. However with my daughter we want her hair to be at least down to her shoulders at some point if not longer. I'm not sure how to help her deal with the warmth of long-ish hair. It isn't long enough for me to put it up off her neck yet.

We had to cut my daughter's hair because of lice last year. *shudder* It was a last resort type of thing because she kept getting it from kids at the nursery. Ugh such a pain! But this year it's back down to her shoulders - she's 4. She HATES when I mess with it though. Poor thing has a sensitive scalp like me. So I have no idea how we're going to deal with the heat this summer. Hopefully she won't end up taking after her father who has heatstrokes so easily it's not even funny, poor guy. sad She's been good with the heat so far but this year, since she's growing up and becoming ever more active... i will have to be on my toes to make she stays okay. What is with this heat and drought? It's freaking me out!

I see now Lamb! Lol, I feel silly. Why can't you be holding the swords? You okay? *hug* I hope you feel better soon!
I have major problems with the heat and cold also. I actually just got done spending a couple of days and a night in the hospital because of my intolerance to cold and my own stupidity. I still feel a bit weak but I do feel a lot better. The best ways I know of to deal with the heat is to either stay inside or stay uber hydrated. I drink a ton of water and generally end up pouring bottles of water over my head a lot in the summer.

I hate headaches too especially when they turn into migraines. When that happens all I want to do is lay down in a pitch black room with a fan blowing gently and sleep.

I never used to get bad headaches until last year when I suddenly would get migraines that would last for daaaaaaaaays. I still am not sure why, except they were completely stress related. I suffer from severe anxiety issues so it seems to be the best theory. My fiance has a prescription for a migraine medication and I take them only when nothing else helps. I know it's horrible to take a prescription that isn't mine but no health insurance = bad times at a doctor's office.

Nah, its not horrible. I do it too. My husband hates to take medication and heals quicker than most people. I like Tylenol with codine, lol. You didn't hear it from me though. ninja
I typed in 'jewelry' as a search topic on deviantART.com and people have some really strange opinions as to what art is.

Every single last one of them. I used to be a visual artist but now I mostly write as a hobby. So, I totally know what I'm talking about. hahaha

Same here. I claim to be an artist as well although sometimes I wonder if I warrant that title when I see some of the amazing-ness out there. Then again as the saying goes 'someone is always better but someone is always worse.'

Then again as the saying goes 'someone is always better but someone is always worse.' Exactly. It's always best to maintain a balanced idea of things. Because, if you always think you're not as good as everyone you'll never accomplish anything. But it's never good to be arrogant and self absorbed.
