I meant my MADEUP perma frost... its a scythe that lets me have telekinetic control over ice.

I see no flaws with telekinetic control over ice... the Ice Orochi is no longer owned... thus no one else has control over ice at the moment, and until that time comes i'd be fine... cant melt my ice... cant destroy my ice... and if my ice touches you its the same as a nara shadow... lol

Technically, they'll probably say no telekinetic manipulation, BECAUSE of the orochi.

DCME already has an Orochi, thus keeping the ice orochi would make him have 2 which isn't allowed.
Besides that, Gold has telekinetic manipulation over fire, Yuri has telekinetic manipulation over wind, and there is an Orochi for both of those... Telekinetic manipulation over a single thing isn't bad

I was the strongest there, when ALice died, and if he cant have it, I get it. o.o;
I have control over ice, kind of. Once I reach 75k I can make water techs into Ice. xD

Oh, my bad then DCME does have it, and even if he didn't you have to be the person who killed the owner to get it, they bind to the person that would be dubbed worthy, because as obvious by Dr.E's 29k cp jounin... Cps arent all that matters
