One is not a great RPer if they suck s**t at spelling, grammar, and punctuation. I saw a terrific roleplay sample in another guild, but there was only one problem. Her grammar, punctuation, and spelling were absolutely terrible. It pained me to read the entire thing! And they actually accepted her too! She needed to flesh out the story a hell of a lot more, even though it was at least four paragraphs.

I know this really great RPer, who has the same problem.

i have awesome spelling meta -____- i just spell some things wrong cause i spell them the way i say them like "bored" i can't hear the E sound so i spell it bord alot of times =____________=
hmm.....i just noticed i'm preaching my friend about breaking up with her bf in text and i sound like a damn preacher -_________-

...I'm not going to list them, but one thing I will mention is that you thought it didn't matter that you were only posting one line to learn jutsu, when clearly it does. If you're not going to put effort and thought into your RP, then what's the point?

In my view, it would not. However, there are many people who wish to believe themselves so, so the standard has been set quite low. Curse you internets. I should divide by zero, then watch the public get pissed.
