Naked and Afraid is like a survival show where a man and a woman are thrown into the wilderness naked (and afraid) and have to make it for 21 days!
Aaaand Siberia is this really weird show and I can't quite tell if it's a real reality show or like a put-on reality show o-o
Think Survivor-ish, but placed in Siberian forests. At the end of last week one of the players died and the cameraman was injured, so I'm thinking it's put-on. But, it's still a little iffy

There's another episode on tonight, it's the ...3rd week now I think?
The one guy was crying hysterically and it's all just so silly while still being dramatic and nature-y. So, my mom likes it for the drama, dad for the nature, and me for the silly owo
Tadpole sounds so darn adorable~

WELCOME BACK FANTASY.
...My dumb sleepy eyes totally read 'Naked and Afraid' as 'Naked and Alfred' for a couple of posts, so as I was rereading I was like "Pffft what sort of dumb name is Naked". Naked and Afraid makes a lot more sense.
I like that Serend thinks a show were someone may have died sounds fun(ny). =w=
Tadpoles are so weird! ='D I once had one of those sets, where they'd mail you tadpoles and you'd watch them turn into frogs, and then you'd keep the frogs as pets? Super weird.
When I was ten or eleven, I did this river camp not far from Fresno, where my grandparents lived, with my cousin. It was pretty much just a week of hanging out next to this river, playing games, learning about the environment and stuff. But the river was full of tadpoles, so when it was free swimming time, we'd try to catch tadpoles in our buckets. But then we'd forget about them, so those poor tadpoles would have to sit in the baking Fresno sun, and most of them died. When the week started, the river was packed full of tadpoles, but by the end of the week, we couldn't find any. I'm pretty sure we ravaged an ecosystem that week. [/hooray sad stories]

Well, to be fair... The Naked and Afraid people usually almost die? Buuut, they have camera crew there that can help them if it gets too serious. Like this one guy almost got gangrene from a big thorn and so they sent in a doctor owo

When I used to watch Survivor with my family, I would imagine what the camera crew looked like and how tempting it would be to tease the contestants. ='D Like, it's day 30 and everyone's eating bugs, and there's some squeaky clean camera guy, munching on a bag of Cheetos and a Coke between shots.
