Isn't the x-box 360 a smaller machine?

not really, they're about the same. it might have something to do with system maturity. Playstation has been around longer, so it'd be more...developed.

Well. I think the argument would go that the PS3 has a larger hard drive, since the 360 has a 20GB model and a 120GB model, if memory serves me correctly.
The new slim PS3s have 120GB, and there's apparently another model soon that'll be 250GB.
... or maybe it was just artist preference. The 360 girl has the infamous red rings on her head... thingies, too. Either way, anything putting a 360 and PS3 together in any form is bound to spark debate....
But like you sad it may just be maturity. The Playstation brand has been around since 1995, I believe. The original XBox was released in 2001.

Oh, you guys'll like this.
Found out at the beginning of the year. College is taking out all our beloved, if old PC's out and replacing them with Mac's. After teaching us for two years on PC's.
I've never loved my PC laptop more.

that is just retarded... if you start with a Mac you should stay with a Mac, but switching just confuses people who are not that familiar with the opperating system rolleyes

... D:
Yeah, Hono said what I was going to, pretty much. I seriously doubt they're going to give anyone training on how to use the new OS. I can only hope the programs are the same so that there's not too much of a learning curve....

Yeah, all the same programs, but using Mac's for a animation course....mmm rendering on computers that shut down for power after 20 minutes. I can already hear the animators screaming from the lower two years.

There's gotta be a way to change that.
... 'fcourse if nobody is familiar with Macs, then they wouldn't know how to. I sure don't know how to.
