Dizzy: no obviously not you... stupid ignorant and all around unintelligent people on my work don't know the things they should... basically I got called about 15 minutes ago that I would have to come in, since they didn't have anyone on staff that could fill or write C-II drugs, which is no problem, Ive been needing a few extra hours, its not that big a deal. Well about 5 minutes ago I got the call from the head of 2-North (my floor) that since I was the most senior person available I would have to come up and fill out the legal advisory form since one of my dumbass interns thought that he was important and trained enough with his 2 years of college and 1 year of OTJT to write an Alfentanil prescription... so when the guy that was allergic to Opiates got his pain meds he had a bad reaction and started seizing... and now he wants to sue.

No, hes suing the hospital, which then directs the lawsuit to the pharmacy, and I just happen to be the closest person who has the rank and ability to do this... but luckily that dumbass intern is my dumbass intern so I dont have to get up, I can in fact finish my glass of wine, and then I can in fact yell at him and hit him since we wont be at the hospital where im bound by job laws.

So since hes gonna get here in about five minutes anyway, I am going to get off, do some deep breathing exorcises, and prepare myself to properly yell at him, demean him, hopefully make him cry (which ive done before... I'm a cool boss but if you mess up I can be a real d**k) and then get him to fill out the paperwork so that I can fire him (maybe, I might be able to get the guy to drop the suit)... so yeah im gonna get off now...

Yeah but then he may so you for physical abuse and get you thrown in jail xDD Though it sucks either way since it was the guy's fault, not the hospital's. [I know that the Hospital is liable which directs it to the Pharmacy but I still believe that the person that does the accident no matter where they work should be sued directly xD]

By signing this contract, I hereby agree to go through any and all forms of work, degradation, and training to the best of my abilities to complete my internship in a period of time equal to three years.
thats almost the exact wording on his contract....
and yeah now im gone...
