*Alley slowly stretched from been sleeping on the couch for some time now*

Dax didn't take notice of the person on the couch. Sure he knew someone was there, he just didn't feel the need to turn his attention.
Rather, he simply sat in his chair, his head proped bakc and his eyes closed

*Alley didnt look around in the room, she formed some ice-spikes and started to throw them at the ceiling*

Keeping his tatto'd arms crossed upon his chest, Dax extended the index finger on his right hand to point towards the shards of ice heading for the ceiling.
Within a flash of an instant, a wave of purple myst made its way down Dax's arm, then through his hand where it formed into a small orb at the tip of his finger.
Flicking his finger ever so lightly, the orb flew across the room towards the shards of ice. The orb itself broke into tiny peices, enough so one orb hit each shard of it.
As each orb connected, it stopped the shard of ice in its spot, holding it in mid-air for a moment, before letting it melt and allowing the water to fall back down into the caster of the ice spell

Alley still threw the spikes then noticed something was wrong they started to melt.
"What the?" *she asked and looked around in the room seeing Dax there, she couldnt believe her eyes. So she got up and looked at him like he was a ghost or something.*
"Dax?" *Alley asked looking at him*

Dax grinned abit. he knew it had been a long time since he had heard the voice. But at the same time, he had a feeling that he may be about to receive a good old fashioned slap across the face.
After all, it was some time ago, that without any reason that Dax just up and left his life all togoether and made his way across the lands. Sure. he could try and explain himself, but regardless, that wouldn't make what he did right. All that mattered to him now though, was that he was back within the lands of his family.
Sitting here in the flesh, alive and well

*Alley got really happy to see him, all the feelings she had for him was still there. She never loved stopped loving him. Looking at him she had a really big urge to just kiss him, but something held her back so she just stod there for a while but then walked upto him and hugged him. By wrapping her arms around him*
"I missed you so much."
*She let out in a slightly shivering voice*

A light smile creeped its way across Dax's face as he extended his arms and hugged her back,
I have missed you as well old friend... And for what it is worth, I am deeply sorry for abandoning you like I did.

*Alley pulled away and looked at him smikring, then she chuckled a little*
"I am alive and you are alive as well. Think thats all that matters. How have you been?" *She let out a deep sigh afterwards, wondering if she could ever get back together with him*

Dax closed his eyes again as he leanred back aganist his chair
I have been... Decent I guess. Well, as decent as life on the road can be I guess Dax laughed lightly, thinking back to his time traveling across the lands.
But how have you been? From what I have heard since my return, you are doing quite well for yourself
Daxa had heard about Alley's marrige to another guy, but he didn't let that bother him at all. After all, Dax had vanished from everyone's life

Dax smiled lightly, and moved his feet to the other side of the table... That way Alley wasn't stuck stareing the the bottom of Dax's boots as she spoke to him

As long as you are both happy in eachothers arms, then that is all that matters
Dax shifted abit, finding a more comfortable position in his chair, an dletting one leg drop down to the floor
havn't had a love life since I left. Rather I gave myself to the lands... Kept my distance from society.
