Yep, I'm just... staying here for Halloween. Doing nothing. I hate being a killjoy, but it just doesn't have the significance it did when I was a kid. There's nobody I know of that's doing anything.

Does anyone have any suggestions/fixes for when a PS2 game stalls / lags or hangs up on certain spots?
DX Bought the game used from Game Stop and it hangs up or stalls on certain screens and especially in battle.

Nothing comes to mind off the top of my head. Might try cleaning it with a towel and some water or rubbing alcohol, but other than that there's not much that I know of that you can do to the disk.

Ugh. I just don't wanna turn the game in cause this thing is hard to find. DX VERY hard to find. I can usually find it on Ebay or Amazon but generally anywhere from 40-60 bucks. Which is fine because I paid 60 for it the first time I ever bought it, then 40 for it yesterday but then shipping usually ******** me over and I wanna play it nowwww~

What game is it, out of curiosity?
I'm gonna take a wild guess and say Marvel vs. Capcom 2, though when I left GameStop that crap was at like 80 bucks. But it might have gone down with the 360 / PS3 release.

Either that or one of those insanely hard to find RPGs, like something from Shadow Hearts or Shin Megami Tensei.

I have a copy of Gungrave, though I've never actually played it. Also both Victorious Boxers (Ippo no Joe) games.

Ahaha, I found a copy of it in a Gamestop closer to me, same price, said I can return the busted one to any store within 7 days, since I bought it yesterday I'm golden.
And yeah it's SMT: Nocturne. XD Funny enough we ended up snagging the last copy of Shadow Hearts yesterday too, the same Gamestop, that one works beautifully though.

Well, I just lost my job (or soon will) because my company is closing about 50% of its stores. xp
Guess I'll be trying to go to GameStop. I've got 2 years experience as a Shift Leader, and their manager sounded interested when I mentioned that.
*le sigh* But unemployment in the meantime. gonk
