1. change my bedding.
2. scalding baths that kills fleas and their eggs. by kills, i mean boils. remember, shampoo selection is important!
3. change my collar regularly.
if you get them in your house, and you have rooms of rug, then you had best get to spring cleaning it. and i mean changing all of your sheets and vacuuming your rug like mad. and do the aforementioned steps. truthfully, it' s been a while since i've had an indoor dog. but when they came in with their flea nonsense, a good cleaning and switching of bed linens did the trick.
because i know you'll ask, mange has to be suffocated. the cheap, ghetto way to do it is with old car grease. dog looks like hell for a day or two, but it works.
there are seriously cops riding up and down this block like crazy. one just parked behind me. time to run down the street like i'm guilty, and claim i got scared!
