[ Cognitive Genome ] Yeah, you faggerts need to watch Paranormal Activity. I can't remember a movie that's gotten to me so much that I couldn't get to sleep due my mind racing. Thing is, the one Kat and I saw had an alternate ending - one with many consider a "Hollywood" ending, and it was still ridiculously terrifying. I heard the original is far more disturbing and prolonged. It's being released wide in October. Anyone who's sick and tired of shitty horror movies (IE, every one that's come out in the 2000's with the small exception of the original, Spanish version of [REC]) must go see it.

It sounds good but the theatres around here are s**t. Hurt Locker didn't even come out here until a month after, in some tiny two-screen movie place downtown.

[ Cant help but laugh at the reactions of the people as they watch this movie. But it does look s**t crazy. Is that like real footage and s**t ? Cause that would be crazy as hell ]

Ryugi Kazamaru *Beat ODST solo on Heroic in 7-8 hours in one sitting with no sleep the night it came out* Heh yeah the campaign was way too short though the story was awesome. Beat it on normal in about 5 hours, and that was with lots of wandering around looking for those audio files. Erinn: Jayne, Mal and Wash are 3 of the main characters. Tricia Helfer from Battlestar Galactica is another. Not sure who voices Romeo though. Also I've started rewatching, might do a marathon myself tonight, just finished the pilot. <3 Sooo good. There's some things he says in ODST that so puts me in mind of Mal. Lu: That sounds awesome. And I might have to check this Paranormal Activity out. Sounds a might bit interesting. And not all horror movies this century have been bad. Dead Snow was good in an Evil Dead sense. Though depending on if you mean enjoyable or scary. Because I have yet to see a horror movie made that freaks me out. =P

I'd have commented on Paranormal Activity, but it really wasn't necessary.
You already know I will be all over that as soon as I have someone who won't curl up into a fetal ball watching it with me to drive me there. Meaning all but maybe two of the ladies down in the house, and thus relatively all of my potential rides, are out.

Eternal Dirge Better Halloween, though I have no idea what in the world All Saints day is.*distracted by webcomics* As far as I know, Halloween is like a mixture of All Saints (or: All hallows eve) and Samhain. Edit: Oh and, Halloween is the evening before All Saints/Hallows, and this is a Christian holiday.

Oh, found it. I knew I recognized his voice. Romeo is voiced by Nolan North who's done a lot of game voice acting, most notably he was the main character in the first Assassin's Creed, and the Prince from Prince of Persia.
And yes Halloween is a mix of All Saints and Samhain. Hence why it's referred to as All Saints day and All Hallows eve in some places. (Also loved the depiction of Samhain in Supernatural, though the pronounciation made me cringe and laugh)
edit: Also forgot, Samhain is the name for the month of October in Irish. (s**t I remember something from school, I need to drink more. >.>)

Is it bad that the only reason I want to see Cameron's Avatar is because the aliens ears move in neat ways?

Sunstrike Is it bad that the only reason I want to see Cameron's Avatar is because the aliens ears move in neat ways? No, it's not. It's rather cute. I was mainly intriguied by the visual effects and stuff. Plus, those aliens remind me so much of Pan in "Pan's Labyrinth".
