You can pick up a movement power as soon as you leave the starting area. Basically it's similar to flight.

You turn into an invisible (only you can see it) wispy energy and can fly very quickly through the air. After a few seconds (about 4-5) you return to your normal self.
So the difference between it and flight are:
-You can't hoover with teleport like you can with flight, at least not for more than the limited time.
-You can't attack while teleporting.
However:
+You can't be hit while teleporting
+You move faster than flight

So it has it's ups and downs.
Personally I love it because it lets me get behind other players really quickly in pvp without being noticed and leap on them (I'm a melee sword user, lots of slashing attacks), as well as quickly get away when my health get's low (given if they have a good eye they can still find me).

Yeah seems to be the choice in every super hero/villain game (coh/cov, champions, dc universe, etc you just see a ton of flyers).
Probably just do to the easy accessibility of not having to worry to much about mobs in the air. *shrug*
I went more for what would help me most in pvp, pve I don't see any of the movements being that incredibly useful, just fun.

I don't PvP, at least not yet yea.
I did it cause it fit the character I made. Syndir a pyro build, with a semi techy looking costume.

lol I see. I don't even know how the PvP works yet, I only just got to the place to get that mission. I'm not big on playing MMO's all that much so I play in short bursts.

I'm either level 7 or 8 dunno.
its fun but its not like super addictive so yea.

It looks like a cool game, but I only have a notebook so even if I wanted to I couldn't play this game..... and I ain't getting another computer any time soon.... eh, oh well. How is everyone?
