Thanks Sith, I had to turn some of the water settings down as I could "feel" the lag/lowered FPS. It didn't feel/look as smooth as it did before all the mods.

I think I'm done messing with things for now, mine at least looks as good as Oblivion did, maybe a little less, but at least it doesn't show its age anymore.

I had to kill some of the mods, namely the ones that added the moving grass.

Nerevar Telvanni
Sithorn
Sithorn skimmed this guide, Nerevar.
Not one that he used, but it seems fully legitimate. Most of the processes are at any rate the same. The MGE is perhaps the most important step, and the one they recommend is the same. Sithorn does not yet have the mainland installed, but he may look in to it.

Reinstall, yes, but remember to copy your saves and keep them very safe. The reinstall is actually not all that long a process, depending on your computer.

Sithorn's Vivec is a unique modification, and look a lot of extra work. If you want it, you need only ask.

Another thing: you may have noticed the announcement in Scars of Oblivion. Sithorn thought that the concept of a return to Vvardenfel would interest you.

Thanks Sith. Do you have any idea how I can get the MGE to work, since I have the GOTY from Steam all my game data is not stored under the normal Program Files/Beth Software/Morrowind/Data Files, its all under Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/Morrowind/Data Files. (or something like that, I'd have to go look to be 100% sure)

I know in the guide it says not to instal the game into the Programs File, but I can't really do much about that since that's where Steam is located.

Speaking of save's Steam backs those suckers up each time you start the game. I know this cuz I wanted to go and delete some saves from a character I created but abandoned to start over. So I took a trip to Google and figured out where the saves where kept, deleted them all, started the game up and low and behold those suckers were still there, Steam re-synced those bastards and put them back into my save game folder. XD Oh well I've been using a system to keep track of which saves go to which character so its not a problem. Though my list of saves is pretty darn long now. XD

As for Vivec, in the guide there was a link HERE that really looks ALOT like your screen cap.

I did indeed see the announcement and went and voted yes. Although from the rules that Jay cooked up I wouldn't be able to bring Neven Telvanni back to Morrowind/Vvardenfel.

The rules are flexible.

I would be fine with you rp'ing Nevan in the pending new rp subforum as long as all rp took place before the current year after the oblivion crisis. Perhaps you would be interested in rp'ing nevan when he was younger? You could do that there. =)

Ah okay thanks for clearing that up, so the events of Morrowind would be open grounds for Neven.

"Sometimes I just want to strangle certain members of my family.
First we try to play some Left 4 Dead, and my sister decides she wants to play with a controller(we're playing on PC), she doesn't say a thing to us, is in another room as she ******** around trying to get it to work. This is when we're already in game, so my brother and I charge forth, figuring she's being my sister and being distracted by the internet(or her phone).
Next thing I know the game is over, she's left, and is having a sulk.

So my brother and I decide to leave her alone, won't make a big fuss over it.
We decide to play some League of Legends(something only we do together).
Get a game going, minions haven't even spawned in yet and I get disconnected, I quickly reconnect and pass it off as my laptop being a pain.
Then my brother, who is on the desktop gets disconnected. He reconnects, then we both get thrown off again.
My sister decided since we're not playing with HER(even though she was the one who left) we couldn't play any games and has started downloading crap.
Seriously. Sometimes I wish she wouldn't get up for the day, she's been in a bad mood since last night, and bitched at us then because we wouldn't jump up immediatly and get a spice from a shelf for her. We were in the middle of a LoL match.

Elder Scrolls MMO

...This actually irritates J'Khajiit. He dislikes MMO's. They have no finality. They waste too much time. They aren't worth what they cost. They force you to deal with people you have some sizeable reasons to hate.

He hopes someone is excited, but he couldn't be any less enthused.

Set 1000 years before Skyrim? Fifteen million prophetss running around in tea-bagging circles is what they will get. And the art style? Oh so likely to go kaput. This is the end of the Elder Scrolls, friends. ********>

I'm in that camp with you Sith, but I'm going to give it the benefit of the doubt. It goes against all that the TES series stands for, but we will see.

Also -shoots with fireball for sniping this story- lol I'm still going to give this its own thread. I may even have to create its own Sub-Forum to boot as well.

"I'm on the fence about a TES MMO.
I do play MMOs, rarely find one I actually enjoy though.
I've always wanted a multiplayer TES game, but NOT as a MMO.

They just better make it f-ing awesome, as to not disappoint me.
Even if I don't play it(there's another MMO that I'm waiting on, which I doubt TES online would stand up to. Unless they make it even more of a sandbox than ArcheAge.)

A truly inglorious end...

Hopefully it will be crushed by WoW like all the others.

I don't think this will be the death of The Elder Scrolls, seeing as Beth isn't the one making the game its a whole other studio under the Zenimax Studio's group.

That is far from reassuring, Ner...

Sithorn does not see where people are getting this tidbit from. Countless articles and statements suggest the intimate involvement of Bethesda studios in this project, which has been going on for several years. It's not quite the same as when they dumped New Vegas on Obsidian, which was still at least overseen by Bethesda. The Writing staff goes across the board. Whoever Zenimax puts on the project, they put on the project. Zenimax Online has not as of yet released any complete games. They have designed and adopted engines. That's it.

Unless this thing bombs. Dramatically. The Elder Scrolls will never be anything ever again other than redundant expansions on this one thing. That is how MMO's work. There's never going to be another Warcraft. Ever. No such ******** thing.

How will they ever get a foothold for the next installment of TES that consists of a singular campaign as they have done so up to this point? We're looking at a universe that ends in 4E 201, Nerevar.

Now we backtrack to the mysterious second era, where no game in all of the history has gone. That's the kicker for this one, who in the course of this hunt shakes his head.

Before the Miracle of Peace. Before Talos. Before Cyrus. Before Mankar Camoran.

Excitement creases his mane. Likelihood of disappointment flattens his ears.

It's the same s**t that Bioware pulled. I hate the vacuity of MMOs...

"Agh, I really want to play Dragon's Dogma now.
Before I was like "It's a game I can get around to playing eventually someday", but now that my brother has shown me some videos, it looks awesome.
