Karok laughed out loud, enjoying this greatly and felt Akasha tighten her grip on him. They jumped over a log and headed back into the woods. Karok slowed slightly but kept at a good pace, he knew they were close to the others, even as a person, he could pick up their scent carried by the breeze. He glanced back for a moment and smiled down at Akasha.

Kakasho stared on with a strange look in his eye. He could sense the dark energies swirling around him, as though a smell. He let himself absorb this as though basking in sunlight but the oppisate. This evil was like was he grew up with, what he was ment to honor and respect.

Akasha smiled up at Karok, still resting her head against his back. She loosened her grip a bit, relaxing her body. She, too, had picked up the scents of the others and she could hear their voices. "I think something is wrong." she murmured her eyes widening. She was a bit irritated at whoever had caused this trouble since it had popped her little bubble of happiness and peace.

Seb settled down beside Clover in his human form. Resting in the tall grass, he wrapped his arms around her neck burying his face in the fur at her neck. "Good night, Clover." he murmured.

Karok was taken aback and his eyes widened in shock. "Darkfang. He's dead! So ho-" He cut off, remembering that Darkfang had power, and that could drive even his spirit to go on. His eyes flashed with a sudden determined fierceness. "Weve got to go after him! That necklace...we have to get it back."

Kakasho had a sudden intake of breath. The sweet darkness he was surrounded in was the dark aura of Darkfang himself. The pups eyes widened as he realized that Darkfang had been killed. But he still roamed the earth. Kakasho hissed and looked around aalmost fearfully, for the dark spirit.

"What can we do?" Akasha asked quietly, still sitting on the horse behind Karok. She didn't want to leave his side for some reason. She had loosened her grip on him while they were waiting to see what Sabre's orders were.

"I'm sorry, Mommy" Kara mumbled tossing in her sleep. "My fault" she whimpered.

Sabre turned toward Siena and asked her to explain the situation in detail, "Siena, could you tell us exactly what happened? Don't skip any details, because every piece of information will help related to the situation."

Siena was shaking heavily, her eyes closed as she made every effort to assure that Darkfang was unable to break the barrier on her body. "He...was pissing me off.." she mumbled weakly, holding kara close to her, her injured leg starting to look like it was going to be heavily infected. "We were arguing...and Kara came to me...and before i could stop him, he took the necklace from her." she gently stroked the pups head, nuzzling the poor thing. "i don't know if he can truly tap into its power...thiers many enchantments to protect it from being used by the wrong hangs, but as always, thiers a way around them..." she looked away from saber and the others, a tear forming in her eye. "i'm sorry...i probably just put u all in danger..again..."

Sabre looked over at Karok before walking over to him and whispering him some instructions on how to handle the situation. "You and your brother, Kakasho, both need to stay a good distance away from Siena as long as she's hosting Darkfang's spirit. Darkfang's powers may stimulate your dark energies. If he notices that, he may try to attack you or even worse, attempt to take one of you as his new host." Next, Sabre walked away from Karok and then approached Talah. He whispered in her ear some instuctions as well. "Try to keep Kakasho away from from Siena. I don't want him to go anywhere near Darkfang's spirit." Then Sabre looked around for Warblade, finding that he wasn't very far from him. He approached him and whispered to him some instructions. "Warblade, I want you to watch Siena and make sure Darkfang doesn't harm her. Do whatever you must to protect her. If you see anything suspicious, let me know as soon as possible." Sabre then ran back into the middle of the group and gave some final instructions to the people he had whispered to. This time he spoke loud and clear. "No matter what you do, do not repeat what I told you and don't discuss your instructions with anyone besides me."
