Proto: *blinks at the statement, not expecting Nana's cheerfulness. Even more unexpected was that she knew of the event. Proto had thought that Mastema might keep it hidden; although, Nana's knowledge wasn't necessarily a bad thing. Proto just nodded back and lowered his hand*
Oh of course. The mastermind behind the two is indeed of greater importance, but to disregard these two is ignorant. Though I am curious as to why you have not done more to do away with the replicate. True, there may be defenses in place.... but I believe leaving that one alive is a liability.

*Proto would soon find one of Nana's hands, along side its head, she still appeared to be upbeat if anything. Perhaps Proto wouldn't have anything to worry about from Nana then, she was often quite understanding. She'd smile softly to Proto before saying anything, Mastema had told her enough*
--__--
Whether it was by Thanatos' doing, or your own... I'm glad you could help him. Thanatos seems so sad, so often that its nice to have someone to count on. Are you feeling better? Mastema told me that Zio's systems retaliated.

Proto: *After taking it what Nana said, Proto was a little more surprised. Instead of being reprimanded for compromising citadel security, Nana was actually thanking him for helping her step-son. It did make Proto feel a little more confident in his actions. Proto merely nodded at the question. In addition, he also raised his fist and lightly clunked himself on the head.... in an attempt to say that Zio's defense got him pretty good*

*Nana nodded, whether she understood or notwho could say though. Taking a step closer, Nana briefly hugs Proto, just another reassurance that she cared. After that she took a step back and looked the bot over*
--__--
But-- You must be careful in the future, I don't want anything bad to happen to you. Next time... if there is a next time, who knows if you'll be able to be activated again. I wouldn't want to loose you Proto...

Proto: *Proto stayed inert during the hug, but accepted it. The robot took note of Nana's words and nodded in response, along with a salute. Hence forth, Proto would accept it as an order*
Zio: *Zio's screen appeared next to Nana* Lady Nana, one minute and twenty-six seconds until teleportation.

*Nana blinks and looks to the screen, then to the elevator with a nod. She pondered for a moment, then looked back to Proto*
--__--
Tell me proto, would you be up for guarding a different door for a day or two?
*A different door? Well Nana was giving the bot a choice again, she liked to make sure that Proto could always choose its actions. Having a choice was always prefurable to not having a choice and simply being ordered about. At least now, Proto could always say no, if it felt more comfortable down guarding the main doors*

Proto: *Zio's appearance was just proving to Proto that the day was full of surprises*? *Proto turned to Nana and pondered the question for a moment. It's not like his door was going to fly off its hinges if he left. After about 5 seconds of silence. Proto nods with an affirmative beep*

*Nana nods, seeing that Proto had agreed to take on this new mission of sorts, Nana motioned toward the elevator before turning to the floating screen. Just what did she have in mind? Proto would find out soon enough, as Nana would tell him exactly what she was looking to accomplish*
--__--
Thank you Zio. Hnn, I'll explain on the way up, all right Proto?

Proto: *nods and beeps in acknowledgement of Nana's statement. Soon, Proto begins to move over to the elevator and takes his place in one over its further corners*
Zio: You're welcome, Lady Nana. *the screen vanished*

*Kaiori falls out of her trance and lets a soft sigh fall from her lips. She resumes chewing her lip and her eyebrows furrow in concentration. She couldn't believe her lack of options, she had to get out was her only problem. Puzzled she remains silent and oddly still for her normal behavior.*

*Once on the elevator with Proto, Nana pressed the button for level ninety-eight. After the doors had closed, and the elevator started to accend, Nana turned toward Proto, they would have a minute or so before getting to the proper floor*
--__--
Well Proto, the door I'd like you to gaurd for a day or so, is that of the children's room. More specifically, for those few days they aren't to leave, so you'll be there to make sure they don't. I know that must sound rather hard to do to them, but while you were retaliated upon a few things had happened here in the citadel.

Proto: *Of course, the bot had realized by now that his decision to help Thanatos had allowed the kids to escape the citadel. Because Proto was offline, there was nothing he could do to fix the situation. Proto nods in agreement with his new assignment*
*Mastema took another look at Kaiori's moniter, and noticed her quiet state. Even for her current predicament, he found this odd. It also meant that she was probably thinking. It was never good when the enemy was thinking*....

::Tyrsais shook his head at Mastema altogeher disargreeing with him on that subject. He thought that the clone could provide a meriad of different uses, in face he felt it might prove a good way to deal with Dom's expertise while not on his own territory::
Mastema will all due respect. I believe that her clone is an oppertunity to have a look at his technological expertise before we have to deal with it on his ground, or from an attack. What sort of things to expect from him in the future, and may also give us an insight into his location, or defenses. If we can take a look at her biotech a little closer.

*Mastema actually chuckled a little at Tyr's serious defense* I understand your logic, Himura, but in other terms you are doing what many could refer to as "playing right into one's hand." I suspect you will find little of anything useful within the clone. You ventured to the enemy's territory itself did you not? If that clone really held so much important information, then why would the individual in command let you take her? For a truly effective attack, you attack an enemy with with you do know much less than with what they do not know. Tell me, Himura, have you seen any signs that the mastermind has made contact with either of the two, or you, for that matter?

*Nana nods lightly again, now all she needed to do was enter the room before the children were teleported, tell them of their punishment. After that it would be Proto's job to make sure they stayed put, to finish their jail time as it were. The children would probably think her judgement to harsh, but she had a counter for that just in case*

Ah, good. I'm glad you understand the dynamics of the situation.
